Protect yourself with travel insurance:

A cancellation must be made in writing.
Our cancellation policy applies when the cancellation of a trip or tour is due to no fault of our own. In other words, Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. has made all the required and necessary arrangements and reservations for your trip.

Please note: Some of the ships/barges used on the Bike & Boat tours have a cancellation policy that is separate from our cancellation policy. Therefore, should you need to cancel a trip, both our cancellation policy and the ship's cancellation policy may apply. We will gladly inform you which ships this applies to.

*Cancellation fees are per person as follows:
    - 91+ days before trip start: 20% of total price
    - 61 - 90 days before trip start: 35% of total price
    - 31 - 60 days before trip start: 40% of total price
    - 0 - 30 days before trip start: No refund

Cancellation/Refund conditions for Icelandair issued tickets:
    - Cancellation and change fee before departure for Icelandair issued tickets: $300

Change/Cancellation fees will be waived by Icelandair:
    - In the event of serious illness to the passenger; upon receipt of a doctors certificate
    - In the event of death to an immediate family member; upon receipt of death certificate
    - Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows

Booking within 14 days of departure is subject to a $15 late fee.

Any change made in your reservation once submitted to us (this includes, but is not limited to, any change made in names, meals, dates, room selection, any additional night(s) needed or retracted and so on) is subject to a $50-$150 fee per change.
Above changes must be made 65 days prior to travel date, otherwise, other fees may apply.

Please allow sufficient time via regular mail for us to get all of your travel information out to you. Express mail can only be used at your expense when a tour is booked late, such as less than 40 days before departure, unless it is due to no fault of your own. Except during special circumstances, we generally do not mail any materials outside the U.S. and Canada.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. will mail out a travel packet (only one per room/cabin/family) about 3-4 weeks prior to tour departure that includes information on local travel, hotel accommodations, travel insurance and so on. Obtaining travel and cancellation insurance is optional, but provides excellent coverage in case of tour cancellation, accidents and so forth. Additional trip packets can be provided for $15 extra per packet.

Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. retains the right to cancel a tour or trip under any circumstances. Should a tour or trip be cancelled, then you will be informed of this decision within 30 days (and at the least, 15 days) prior to departure of your trip or tour. Information regarding any of our trips or tours is subject to change, and we reserve the right to make changes should it become necessary.

Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services or accommodations for your trip or tour. As a result, Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier or of any other third party over whom Pack & Pedal Europe, Inc. has no control.
