Your fully guided rainforest tour kicks off in the mesmerizing El Yunque Rainforest, where you’ll immerse yourself in the indescribable beauty of the rainforest trails. Learn all about El Yunque’s ecosystems as you stroll, soaking up the exuberant sights and sounds that surround you in this natural paradise.
Take a refreshing plunge into a natural pool mid-hike and dunk your head under the revitalizing rush of a natural waterfall! Here you can also enjoy the unbeatable thrill of racing down a natural water slide into the crystal clear pools of the rainforest - unforgettable! The most daring among you can also swing from a rope over the blissful river for an extra adrenaline hit or even jump from the cliffs.
Having squeezed every ounce of adventure out of the El Yunque Rainforest, you’ll stop for a meal at a local restaurant (price not included) to refresh you ahead of your next exploration session in ‘Laguna Grande’ Bio Bay.
During your day tour in the bay, your guide will direct your attention to the mesmerizing bioluminescence at the Fajardo Bio Bay and teach you all about the Bioluminescent Lagoon and surrounding complex ecosystems.
Then, clamber into a kayak and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime tour through the magnificent red mangrove forests of the bay - an experience you will never forget!

Cancellation policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all of our excursions. Up until 48 hours before check-in time, you may change your reservation or cancel it for a full refund. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours before check-in time, late arrivals, and “no-shows” will maintain a full charge.
Health and safety policy
The difficulty level of this excursion is considered moderate to strenuous depending on your physical fitness level. You must be in good physical condition to participate and enjoy yourself. The terrain in the rainforest can be muddy, slippery, uneven, and include river-wading, climbing large rocks and steep inclines. The kayaking can be strenuous when the current is strong and requires upper body strength. This excursion is recommended for guests with an active lifestyle. It is a long, but fun-filled day!
The following guests cannot participate:
• Guests with neck, back, arm or leg problems or casts. This is not wheelchair accessible.
• Guests with recent surgeries
• Pregnant women
• Guests who have epilepsy, heart conditions and/or dizzinessMaximum weight: 240 pounds per person • up to 425 pounds per 2-person kayak • No participants can weigh above 240 pounds regardless of the total weight meeting 425 pounds. For Safety, a scale will be used during check-in.
All guests must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
Participants must be comfortable with dark environments.
Not recommended for guests who may be prone to panic.
Guests who show signs of intoxication by drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate. -
