Billing Information

• A credit card is required to secure all reservations. It will NOT be charged automatically. Upon confirmation you will have several payment options. Using a credit card to pay a reservation (or deposit) will incur a 4% processing fee. If you wish to pay your deposit by personal check or wire transfer to avoid the additional 4% processing fee, please let us know in the comments section above. If we have not received your personal check or wire transfer within 10 days of confirming the reservation, we will charge your deposit to the credit card.
• Deposit is $300 USD (or $600 USD for 15+ day tours) per person required at time of booking.

Additional Notes

• Deposit goes towards final cost of the trip.
• We reserve the right to transact payment via credit card on file (4% processing fee will be incurred) if there is a failure to remit either deposit or final payment via check, money order, or wire transfer.
• When a tour is scheduled within 6 weeks of the tour date, we will require deposit to be paid by credit card plus the 4% processing fee. Deposit will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation. We will then issue the final invoice and the balance can be paid by method of your choosing.
• Please note that all checks MUST be in USD.
• *Upon receipt of this form TripSite will make reservations for the trip(s) of your choice. After we have officially confirmed your reservation, your deposit will then be due.  100 days before departure, we will prepare a final invoice based on that day's exchange rate plus 2 cents. Final payment is due 90 days before departure. 
• We will contact you for any further information we may need. We will consider your reservation canceled if the balance due is not received on time. Please note: Our Cancellation policy and Disclaimer policy apply  upon confirmation of your reservation.  All reservations are subject to availability.
