The cancellation policy goes into effect upon official confirmation of the tour (or confirmation of rebooking). The cancellation policy applies when the cancellation of a trip or tour is due to no fault of our own. In other words, Tripsite has made all the required and necessary arrangements for your trip.
All cancellations must be made in writing and are processed in Eastern Standard Time. Any cancellations received after 4pm will take effect the next business day. If your cancellation is received on a United States holiday, it will not go into effect until the next business day.
Please note: Our local partners have different cancellation policies. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the country/tour you have booked. Upon request, we will send you the cancellation policy that would apply to your reservation.
Any money owed as a result of a cancellation will be charged to the credit card provided on the reservation form.
Any money that must be refunded as a result of a cancellation will be sent via the same method as the original payment(s).
All payments will be processed at the same exchange rate as the original payment(s).
Credit card processing fees and €20/person administration fees are non-refundable. €100 total administration fee for charters is non refundable.
