Beach

Staff

• Housekeeper/Cook - 1/2 day housekeeping every other day, 3 days cook service.
• Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
• One complimentary arrival transfer (effective for all new bookings made on or after 01 April 2024).

• Villa is burglar alarm protected with a special code for guests.
• No Pets.
• Children are considered to be under the age of 12, older than 12 will be considered a teen or adult.
• Can sleep a 12th person on a rollaway bed at no additional charge. Pack & Play available as well.
• Rollaway bed and Pack & Play must be requested in advance
• Late check out (based on availability) is possible with a late check out fee of US$150-US$200 depending on the villa
