• The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office.
• There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by.
• Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more.

• Non-smoking villa.
• No pets allowed
• Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.
• Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
• Only registered guests staying at Hacienda Magica Puerto Aventuras are permitted on the property
• All bedrooms with two twin beds can be pushed together to make a king-size bed upon request
• Guests pay a price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food and soft drinks). All year round and Christmas Week.
• Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional, plus 20% shopping fee.
• Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm.
