The villa has recently undergone a full refurbishment and features a private spacious garden with pool, outside bar, and great sea views. There are four large bedrooms and three bathrooms so it is ideal for up to eight guests.
On the ground level is the entrance hall, the spacious and fully fitted open kitchen and the living room with a fireplace on the left side. The living room has a sofa area to the right and a TV area to the left with a large flat-screen TV. Continue to the right and you will find the newly renovated kitchen with all appliances necessary, as well as a cozy breakfast dining area. From the living room, there is direct access to the outside terrace, garden and pool area. On the outside terrace, which is covered, you will find a large outside dining table where you can enjoy the great views of the sea and the swimming pool. There is a bar and a BBQ which is the perfect place for a relaxed evening drink. Additionally, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom which features a private bathroom with a walk in rain shower.
The other two bedrooms on the ground floor share one bathroom, also with a walk in shower. The last bedroom and bathroom are in the recently renovated downstairs area, which you can enter either from the kitchen or from the garden. This is the ideal area for those that are seeking a bit more privacy yet still being close to the rest. The garden is spacious, private and features a good size private swimming pool with several sun loungers around it.
There is an entrance with a fully automatic gate that allows a private parking space for 2 cars.
With the Marbella Country Club and Golf, Santa Maria Golf club and Santa Clara golf club you have some of Marbella’s finest golf clubs all within a 5-minute drive. For those traveling with children, you will be happy to know that with the Aventura Amazonia park at less than 4 km away you have one of Marbella’s best children’s activities at very easy access.
Also, you are very centrally located for the aqua parks of Mijas and Torremolinos, Marbella’s funny beach with karting and trampolines as well as the Selwo animal park. All these guarantee fun! From a beach restaurant point of view, you have some of Marbella’s finest located at the closest beach to the house. There is the “Beach House” for lovely lunches right on the beach. They often have live bands to create a really spectacular holiday feeling. Also, the world-famous Nikki Beach is located within a short drive. Here you can lunch, swim, dine and dance right on the beach. Finally, it is good to know that there is a supermarket right by the bottom of the street at just a 3-minute walk as well as one of Marbella’s best steak restaurants. For those that enjoy playing tennis, there is a local tennis court that can be used free of charge, just a 5-minute walk down the street.
