With a gentle push, the sliding glass doors in the living room disappear into the wall, allowing you to move back and forth between the living room and the outdoor entertainment area. Step out onto the covered lanai and watch all of the pool activities in the shade, or look for dolphins swimming through the peaceful channel behind the home. This 1,000 square foot entertainment space is the perfect place for an outdoor BBQ or cocktail party at sunset. The entire pool and patio area is screened in, allowing all the sunshine in and keeping dirt and debris out. The screened-in enclosure offers unobstructed views of the backyard, private boat dock, and the harbor.

Looking to work on your tan? Luxury loungers on the expansive pool deck make for a relaxing place to tan and soak up the sun. The pool bath makes it easy to rinse all the sand off after a day at the beach and dive into the private, heated pool. The entire pool area is screened in, but you can exit the screened-in enclosure out into your lush and private backyard, and down to your custom dock with a 30+ foot boat as well as a lift for two jet skis. (If you're renting for a month, we will move the boat!) Grab the wi-fi speaker and play your favorite music out by the pool, or set up the basketball hoop for a fun game of hoops in the pool! Did the kids forget their goggles? No problem! We've got some here for them to use. After a long day at the beach or exploring the island, you'll be thankful to come home and soak your tired muscles in the gorgeous bubbling hot tub.

This room has a flat-screen TV, large windows, and sliding glass doors that can be pushed open for easy access to the waterfront balcony. The second upstairs bedroom features an expansive queen size bed, bright floral-inspired linens, soft pillows, soft carpeting, bold green walls, wood accents, and sliding glass doors that laid out to the private balcony overlooking the water.

A bright teal bedroom with hardwood floors, a four-post king-size bed, a whisper-quiet ceiling fan, and wood accents is a romantic and tropical place to rest your head after a busy day. This second master suite features a flat-screen TV on the wall, wooden dresser, conversational seating area, and modern bedside lighting. This room is bright and fun and really gets you in the vacation mood! There is a sports-themed bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor, just steps from the family bathroom. This bright and open bedroom has plush carpeting, colorful accents, and basketball-themed décor.  The other gorgeous first-floor bedroom features dark wood floors, bamboo accents, elegant wood-paneled ceilings, and a plush queen size bed.

Instead of going home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry, use the full-size washer and dryer upstairs to clean, dry, and organize your family's laundry while you're on vacation.

If you're traveling with babies and toddlers, you can leave your baby bed, high chair, and car seat at home. This home has all the necessities you'll need to take care of your little one while on vacation.

This incredible home has 6.5 private bathrooms. From gorgeous bubbling soaking tubs set in marble and up against large windows, to contemporary walk-in showers enclosed with class, all of these bathrooms have been recently upgraded with top-quality fixtures and finishes.
