Ideal for groups, the 6-bedroom home features two living areas, two kitchens, a private office, two sets of washers and dryers, and a heated two-car garage.

In the living room, two elegant sofas and armchairs face a stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace and TV, framed by soaring windows with views of Lake Jordanelle. Glass doors near the 6-seat dining area open this level to a private, wrap-around deck.

A second 6-seat dining area lies near the gourmet kitchen, 3 high-top stools provide additional seating at the breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops create an ideal setting for home-cooked meals.

Downstairs, a game room features a large-screen TV, pool table, 4-seat card table, and kitchenette with oven. The lower level also boasts a 12-seat theater with leather recliners and a wet bar.

Six suites, evenly spaced throughout the home for privacy, sleep up to 17 guests with flexible bedding configurations, including 11 individual beds:

King Bed + Twin/Trundle
This suite has vaulted ceilings, a private entrance to the balcony, and an alcove with a kitchenette. Guests have a writer’s desk, reading chair, gas fireplace and large-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub and step-in shower.

Primary Bedroom - Upper Level
King Bed
The spacious primary suite has soaring ceilings, a sitting area, gas fireplace, and a unique footboard TV. This room opens onto the main level balcony through a wall of glass doors. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

Bedroom 3 - Upper Level
Queen Bed
Three walls of picture windows overlook a canopy of trees in this sunny room. A leather reading chair and footstool rest in the corner. Guests also have an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

Bedroom 4 – Lower Level
King Bed + Twin Sofa Sleeper
Styled in rustic decor with a log bed frame and nature-inspired artwork. This room also has a leather armchair/sofa sleeper and en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

Bedroom 5 – Lower Level
Two Twin/Twin Bunks
This kid-friendly room has custom, built-in bunk beds and a roomy closet. Guests of Bedrooms 4 and 5 have a shared bathroom in the hall.

Bedroom 6 - Upper Level
Queen Bed
Styled in cottage decor, this room has a hardwood armoire, reading chair, and en-suite bathroom with a steam shower.

Guests have 2 additional half-bathrooms for convenience. This home also has 2 sets of washers and dryers.

On the lower level, a ski prep room offers lockers and equipment storage. Step out directly onto the Pioche Loop Trail, which leads to the Jordanalle Express Gondola and ticket office. To get home from the top, take Mountaineer Trail (Blue) to Jordanelle Trail (Double Blue) on the right. Please note that the Jordanelle Run is more challenging in the afternoons as it may be icy, and guests may use the gondola instead.

In the summer, explore hiking and biking trails throughout Park City, open-air markets and festivals downtown, and boating adventures on Lake Jordanelle, all less than 10 minutes away.

The home lies just 10 minutes from the restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment of Main Street Park City and 12 minutes from the base of Park City Mountain Resort.
