Pelican Lagoon

Each of the five bedrooms have their own private bath, and there are two porches and as well as a roof deck located at the back of the home -- you'll love the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean & surrounding area from the roof deck!

Guests can enter the property via the the front door in the carport area of the home where stairs will take you to the first floor. On the first floor, you will find four of the home's five bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom) and a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa. You may access the covered deck off the first floor of the home from the den and two of the first floor bedrooms.

On the second floor, you will find the home's large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a half bath tucked away behind the kitchen. The home's master suite is located just off of the living room. Best of all, the second-level deck stretches alongside the entire back of the home and has stunning views of the lagoon below. A stairwell on the second-level deck takes you to the home's observation deck, which features sweeping views of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
