On the upper level is the gorgeous Great Room complete with open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar under vaulted ceilings, separate laundry room and half bath. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a breezy deck with outdoor dining, grill and wet bar perfect for family feasts. This is also the ideal spot for turtle and ray watching.
On the same level as the Great Room, yet with its own separate entrance is the master bedroom with private balcony, ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower with steps directly down to the pool below.
