• Bedroom 1 (First Floor, Accessed via Elevator): Panoramic sea-view queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor, Accessed via Elevator): Queen bedroom with direct access to the exterior stairs that lead to the ground floor and to the swimming pool, en-suite half-bathroom (no shower). Guests of bedroom 2 generally use the full bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
• Both bedrooms have air-conditioning

• Two en-suite bathrooms: one full with shower and one half without shower
• Then there are 2 additional full bathrooms, one on the ground floor (which can be used by guests in bedroom 2) and one accessible from the pool area

• From the street, 60 easy steps connect the parking to the villa
• The town of Praiano is at reach, as well as stores and restaurants
• Positano and Amalfi are approximately 10 kilometers away

Please note

• Please note: The villa is about a 10 minute-walk from the nearest public parking. The driver (guest renting own car) can drop off their guests and they can go up the stairs to the villa (60 steps) but the driver will have to park down in the public parking or along the road above and then walk back. Parking is public and spots are not guaranteed.
