One Bedroom Residential Suite: Boasts a large living room with a queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Each Bedroom Residential Suite consists of a master bedroom with one King bed. 

Two-Bedroom Residential Suite: Boasts a large living room with a queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Each Two Bedroom Residential Suite consists of a master bedroom with one King and a guest room with two Queen beds. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and individual flat-screen HDTV and DVD player. 

Three-Bedroom Residential Suite: This is an ideal choice for a large family or small groups of friends, with a large living room with a queen sofa sleeper, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony. Each Three Bedroom Residential Suite consists of a master bedroom with one king bed and two guest rooms with two queens or one king bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and individual flat-screen HDTV and DVD player. 

Four-Bedroom Residential Suite: Sebastian’s most luxurious and spacious accommodations are the elegantly furnished Four Bedroom Residential suites. The Four Bedroom Residential Suite is an ideal choice for a large family or small groups of friends, with a large living room with a queen sofa sleeper, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony. Breakfast at the Sebastian:  A sophisticated take on the classic American breakfast. Signature dishes include Chef Nick’s Biscuits and Gravy, Huevos Sebastiano, and Corn Flake Crusted French Toast.  Start your day with a bountiful breakfast before embarking on the adventures that await you in Vail.  Indulge in Huevos Sebastiano paired with a Sebastian Bloody Mary or enjoy a health-conscious Avocado Toast and Go-Green Smoothie.

Leonora: Set in the heart of Vail Village, just off the pedestrian corridor, Leonora offers an inviting dining experience inspired by the French Alps, Spanish Pyrenees, and Colorado Rockies. Using only the finest fresh, local, and organic ingredients, the menu is designed as a tapas experience, one where diners embark with shareable small plates, progressing lagers that revere alpine flavors including Colorado lamb pops, local steaks, and more.  Flavorful dishes are simply prepared and thoughtfully paired with wines from around the world picked selections are sourced from traditional and unexpected places, each selected to complement Executive Chef Kevin Erving’s playful yet sophisticated menu.

In-Room Dining: Relax in the comfort of your room, while chefs prepare delicious meals crafted with local ingredients. Whether you need breakfast or all-day dining, the resort is ready to delight and deliver exemplary service at your convenience.  From starting your day with breakfast in bed to a freshly prepared five-course meal to an indulgent late-night snack after a day on the slopes, the team is happy to deliver freshly prepared meals directly to your door seven days a week.

In-room dining is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The spa is open daily from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.  Hours are subject to change based on seasonality. 

Fitness Center: The state-of-the-art fitness center provides everything you need to maintain your fitness routine while in Vail. In addition to round-the-clock use of the cardiovascular and strength training equipment by Technogym®, we are happy to arrange an appointment with one of our recommended personal trainers. 

Resort Areas:

The mountain-view terrace at The Sebastian–Vail offers an array of comfortable spaces to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Two hot tubs flank the entry steps to the expansive heated pool with underwater benches and a waterfall feature. An additional pair of adults-only hot tubs are set back for quiet privacy. Poolside dining service is available all day, with a unique menu and an extensive list of refreshing drinks. 

Kid’s Club~

Tykes Room: A favorite of our littlest guests, providing a fun play space for families with children 4 and under. The chalkboard wall offers children a canvas to create their most imaginative masterpieces. An elevated stage with curtains, karaoke, and a closet full of costumes and chairs for a pint-sized audience, encourages dramatic creativity. The bookcases are filled with storybooks, coloring books, games, and toys, and there is always something fun playing on the big screen. 

Beyond the Tykes Room, The Sebastian-Vail offers plenty of perks for families. Be sure to ask about the family amenities like in-room “Movie Night,” complete with family-friendly movies, fresh-popped popcorn, and classic movie candy delivered to your door.  Also, the property can arrange countless kids’ activities in Vail, or bring in expert babysitters to allow you some free time.

Winter and spring bring international ski races and snowboard competitions, plus outdoor concerts, and cultural events in every season. Winter highlights include the men's FIS Alpine World Cup ski races in December, Vail Snow Daze in December, and the Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships at the end of February. Spring Back to Vail offers live music, while the Vail Film Festival and Taste of Vail close out each spring. Summertime offers numerous events, celebrations, and family activities starting with the thrilling GoPro Mountain Games in June followed by Bravo!
