Show More Show LessVilla The View is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Colombier within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Located high on the hillside, this villa offers spectacular, panoramic views of nearby islands and the Gustavia harbor, as well as year-round sunsets.
Stone steps lead down to the villa and trickling sounds from a stone waterfall, which provides a soothing ambiance. The interior décor is chic and refined with a unique collection of leather and parchment designer furniture in natural hues.
The spacious living area looks out to the large infinity pool, which appears to be overflowing into the ocean. The gourmet, well-equipped kitchen offers a wine cave and leads directly to the inside dining area, which then opens to a covered terrace and outside dining table. Both dining areas offer exquisite views.
Two bedrooms on this level feature incredible views and large, ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and spacious showers. The third master suite is on a lower level in a separate cottage past the gardens. Totally private from the main villa, this suite offers a heated Jacuzzi located on the bungalow's terrace.
The fourth bedroom, with a private stairway and deck, is located below the main house and near an air-conditioned fitness room. The house also comes with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, safes, and U.S. satellite TV.
Villa The View comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
