The living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dining room all share the same room and open onto the terrace, pool, and view. The dining room has a wooden table with seating for 6 guests and sliding glass doors, which open to a rear patio with a gas grill.
Located on each side of the living room are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Both spacious bedrooms open onto the terrace and pool and are decorated in a contemporary style.
A terrace with loungers surrounds the small pool. A small dining area is located on the terrace with seating for 4 guests. The apartment also has WiFi, a sound system, beach equipment, French satellite TV, and a private garage.
Villa Wastra comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the apartment rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This apartment is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
