We are very excited to offer the new barge/bike tour in Italy, from Mantova to Venice. The tour can also be taken as a combined hotel & barge/bike tour, biking from hotel to hotel from Bolzano to Mantova for 3 days, and then joining the boat in Mantova to continue on to Venice. We are also very excited to offer 3+ barge/bike tours in Croatia, the new hot spot to vacation in Europe. Additional new bike & boat tours include 3 tours in Canada (in case you'd rather not fly to Europe!), 2 more in France, and a few in the Netherlands. Also new this year is a 15 day bike & boat tour from Bruges to Paris. 5 new bike & boat tours on the great 'Merlijn' ship in Germany are new for 2009 as well. We have also added numerous hotel to hotel BIKING TOURS, including a few in Italy like Tuscany III (you can never have too many tours in this beautiful region!), and from The Alps to Venice. For a relaxers paradise, we have a new biking tour in Slovenia, including visits to Austria & Hungary and over night stays at 3 to 4-star Thermal Spa Resorts!
Again for our sportier cyclists we have ROAD BIKE TOURS - Umbria (Italy), Friesland 11-City Tour (Netherlands), Lakes Trail (Switzerland), Catalonia in Spain and Famous Villages of the Provence (France). Some of these tours already exist as regular tours that have been lengthened. Townhouse for Rent - Located in Barneveld in the center of the Netherlands, it has 4 bedrooms and 2½ baths with a sleeping capacity of 8. One bedroom is downstairs and 3 upstairs. Included are all furnishings, washer & dryer, pillows, sheets, towels, kitchenware and cleaning costs. Several cycling excursions are available within the area.
Being originally from the Netherlands, we have had the pleasure of experiencing much of Europe over the years, be it via bicycle, boat or train. The innumerable scenic bike routes that have been popular in Europe for decades are a great way to integrate oneself into Europe's many cultures!
