Tour Specialist / Tripsite generalist

Location: Based in an Australia timezone - hours tbd but most likely ~11:00-19:30 (GMT+10)

Location: Based in South Africa timezone - hours tbd but most likely ~9:00-5:00 (GMT)

Work Schedule:

• Full time / Contractor full time - 40 hours per week local time. For initial training and onboarding hours may vary. NOTE: This position is 98% virtual working from home.

Principal duties:

• Help sell amazing cycling holidays (and soon other adventure vacations) in Europe and throughout the world.

• Quickly and effectively respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chats

• Create, promote, and maintain positive client perception of our company and products

• Timely and accurate input/update data in CRM Systems - we have the most modern tools used by high tech companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.

• Assist and educate new clients throughout the purchasing process with enthusiasm and authenticity

• Identify and provide solutions and options to complex client needs

• Manage and edit website content when required especially as it relates to adding new verticals into our system

• Help with creating travel letters, invoicing, addressing post travel feedback, provide marketing insights, write and assembel travel documents, and be a generalist for our rapidly growing company.

Qualifications:

• Interest in learning and growing in the technology/travel industry

• A passion for an active lifestyle

• Willing to travel (annual working vacation for product development)

• Solid work ethic and commitment to integrity

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Dedicated team player

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
