*All distances are approximate.

Day 1: Arrival in Marmaris
Individual arrival by plane to Dalaman or Bodrum airport and transfer to Bodrum (aprx. 1,5 h and respectively 2 h). Check-in on board starts at 2 pm. Take the afternoon to stroll through the lively and oriental old town. Dinner on board.

Day 2: Marmaris - Sarsala, 22 mi. (35 km)
A two-hour cruise brings you to a picturesque swimming bay. From here you cycle over a 850 ft./ 250 m high pass before reaching the plain of Dalaman. Today’s destination is Sarsala, a quiet bay, where you will overnight.

Day 3: Sarsala - Fethiye, 22 mi. (35 km)
After breakfast, you cross to Gemiler Bay, passing many small islands on the way. You cycle through a pine forest until you reach the  uninhabited Greek city of Kayaköy, which was once home to some 6.500 inhabitants. Afterwards the bike tour leads to the lagoon of Ölüdeniz – a gem you should not miss – comparable with the Golden Horn on Brač Island (Croatia). Join your tour guide on an appealing but challenging ride back to the ship or get transferred by bus to the boat waiting in the lively town of Fethiye.

Day 4: Fethiye - Göcek, 19 mi. (30 km)
A bus transfer (60 min)  transports to Cavdir, the starting point of today’s cycling tour. From here you bike to the Saklikent Canyon, where you can enjoy lunch at the river bank. In Turkish “Saklikent” means “Hidden City”. The canyon is spectacular and can be easily explored on foot. Afterwards you continue cycling to the ancient town of Tlos which was one of the largest towns in Lycia. After an inspiring visit a transfer takes you to Fethiye. Back at the harbor, the boat will transport to Göcek, where you spend the night.

Day 5: Göcek - Dalyan, 25 mi. (40 km)
From Göcek, one of the most significant places of tourism along the Turkish south coast, you bike over a 1,150 ft./350 m high pass, enjoying panoramic views. Afterwards you cross a pine forest before you cycle along a quiet minor road down to the Dalaman plain, through fertile fields and lush vegetation,  to Dalyan. From here a small boat takes you down the river, passing the impressive Lycian rock cut tombs of Dalyan.

Day 6: Kaunos - Ekincik, 20 mi. (32 km)
In the morning once more a small boat will transport to the ancient city Kaunos, certainly worth a visit. Kaunos was once a thriving port city in Southwestern Anatolia near Dalyan, Turkey, between the Mediterranean and Aegean seas. Its ruins tell a tale of a rich and opulent history with its many archaeological structures and elegant Kaunian rock-cut tombs. After a brief visit we continue cycling along the Köycegiz lake until we reach the thermal baths. After a 1,150 ft/350 m climb you arrive at the little village of Ekincik, where you spend the night.

Day 7:  Ekincik - Marmaris, 22 mi. (35 km)
After a two-hour crossing, you arrive at the Bozborun Peninsula. On the last bike ride, you will take a lonely mountain road in order to get to a cute mountain village with its 1500 year old trees. After a spectacular descent down to Icmeler‘s coastal road, the cycling tour finally leads  to Marmaris, where the boat already awaits  with a delicious dinner. The last evening aboard traditionally includes the communal dinner and a last get-together in a cosy atmosphere with crew and tour guides.

Day 8: Marmaris (Disembarkation)
Check out after breakfast. On request, a collective transfer to the airport is possible.
