All public and private guided bike tours start and end at the Colonia Aktiv shop in the Eigelstein quarter, directly next to the medieval Eigelstein city gate.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of operator cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
