Follow the trail as it winds along the lake's shoreline, crossing Bannockburn Bridge. Pause here to relish the verdant vistas over Bannockburn's vineyards before continuing past the vibrant vines.

After a brief ride, you'll reach Carrick Winery, where you can choose to dismount and enjoy a wine tasting experience. Alternatively, continue pedaling through landscapes adorned with vineyards and olive groves until you reach Cornish Point. Marvel at the shift in terrain as you navigate paths etched into rocky bluffs, offering panoramic vistas of the terrain below.

Pass by the monumental Cairnmuir Slide, a feat of terraced stone engineering designed to safeguard the Clyde Dam downstream from potential landslides.
