You can cancel your reservation at no cost up to 48h before the scheduled start of the tour or activity. In such case we will issue a full refund. After that time your booking becomes non-refundable. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation contact us by phone within our office hours (10am-6pm, CET) or by email. No-shows will be charged the full price.
