Payments

When a tour is confirmed, deposits are due within 10 days as follows.
Your tour confirmation e-mail will include payment options and instructions.

Please Note:

• These terms apply to tours booked more than 100 days in advance. For bookings less than 100 days from tour, full payment is due, please see below.
• Some luxury tours require a higher deposit amount (up to 25% of tour price). If a higher deposit is required, it will be mentioned on the Pricing tab of the tour page.

Deposit payments are applied to the total balance of your tour at that day's exchange rate.

*Credit Card payments incur a 4% transaction fee

❖ Final invoices are prepared and sent 100 days prior to tour (or sooner if requested). Your final invoice email will include instructions and options for payment.
❖ Final payment is due within 10 days (90 days prior to tour).
❖ The final balance invoice is issued at the exchange rate secured that day.
❖ You can request that your final be prepared earlier but once the Euros are purchased, the exchange rate is set. Price is fixed regardless of changing exchange rates.

For bookings made less than 100 days prior to the tour, special payment terms apply.
Upon confirmation of the tour, the full invoice is sent and payment is due within 5 days.
Your confirmation email will include payment options and instructions.
If payment is not received within 5 days, your credit card will be charged the full invoice amount plus the 4% processing fee.

For bookings made less than 45 days prior to tour, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total of your reservation request plus a 4% credit card processing fee until your payment is received.

Payment Options for bookings less than 100 days prior to tour

For bookings made within 21 days prior to tour: At the time of booking, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total of your reservation request plus the 4% credit card processing fee. Upon confirmation of the booking, we will automatically charge the amount to your credit card.
