Comfort Class Boats + Barges
The Comfort class ships come equipped with:
- more spacious cabins
- low twin beds (no bunk beds)
- private shower/toilet in all cabins
- washing facilities with hot and cold (drinkable) water in all cabins
- central heating
- bedsheets and pillow
- 2 small towels
Each ship has a saloon/dining room and a sundeck/bicycle deck. Most cabins are double cabins with some also serving as 3- and/or 4-person cabins.

Allure Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg Comfort Class Boat The Allure is a very comfortable comfort class ship. It has ten, 2-person cabins, each with their own private bathroom.
Caique Mariagiovanna Italy Comfort Class Boat The Mariagiovanna is a caique, a traditional Turkish vessel built with mahogany wood. It has all the functionality of a modern boat but the antique charm of an “ancient vessel”.
Caprice France Comfort Class Boat The Caprice is a beautiful Dutch boat that has been in operation since 2009. Its freshly varnished wood and bright colors will welcome you. The large sun deck is inviting from where there can be nothing better than to sit comfortably while cruising the canals of France.
Elizabeth Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The impressive clipper ELIZABETH was built in 1913 and boasts a plush interior design. The vessel is equipped with 10 roomy guest cabins all with an en-suite shower and lavatory. The large salon features a bar and seating area to ensure you will feel right at home.
Gandalf Netherlands, Belgium Comfort Class Boat The classic MS Gandalf is a comfort class passenger ship that can accommodate 20-22 guests. Almost everything on this barge is on one level, including the comfortable salon which has scenic panoramic windows.
Jelmar Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Jelmar, recently renovated during the winter of 2006/2007, has 10 twin cabins with level beds, washbasin and shower/toilet, and 1 twin cabin with a bunk bed. The well upgraded ship is ready to receive new guests while sailing in the Netherlands.
Kapetan Jure Croatia Comfort Class Boat Captain Anton and his crew form an experienced and friendly team, who know how to pamper their guests with delicious specialities. With its 15 cabins, the Kapetan Jure offers place for 30 guests. 11 of the cabins are on deck. 10 of these are furnished with 2 beds arranged side by side, while one cabin has bunk beds.The remaining 4 cabins are below deck and are furnished with a French bed (140 cm wide).
L’Estello France Comfort Class Boat L'Estello was built in 1937. It is a classic Dutch passenger barge that has been converted to today's standards of comfort. The boat measures 39 meters long and 5.2 meters wide. The inviting atmosphere on board will make you feel immediately comfortable. The large lounge area has large picture windows with plenty of natural light. French doors give access to the inviting sun deck. The dining area has large windows and comfortable seating and the living room and bar area is spacious and air conditioned with comfortable sofas chairs.
La Belle Fleur Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The La Belle Fleur was built in 1929 and converted into a passenger ship in 1993. The former inland freighter, which has been restored into a hotel barge, is 44 meters long. The boat features cabins for 19 guests, a tastefully designed lounge area, and an expansive sun deck complete with tables and benches.
Leafde Fran Fryslân Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Leafde Fran Fryslân is an imposing, three-masted barquentine, managed by its owner/operators, Joris and Rinske de Wit, who bring years of maritime experience. The ship has 12 well-appointed twin cabins with two separate beds, and one single cabin.
Lena Maria Belgium, Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The barge the Lena Maria is a former freight ship rebuilt in 2004 into a luxury cruise barge. There is a lounge for relaxation with many windows to create an open atmosphere and allows for a nice view while motoring. There is an outside sundeck with chairs. Each cabin has two low single beds and can accomodate two people comfortably.
Linda Croatia Comfort Class Boat The ship is a spacious wooden motor yacht and with 31 meters long and 6 meters wide, the MS Linda is among the bigger ships in the Croation fleet. The large saloon can accommodate 32 guests and the middle sundeck is constructed in a way that allows for outdoor dining.
Mare Fan Fryslan Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Mare Fan Fryslan was built in 1960 as a freight ship and was then completely renovated in 2006 to be used as a beautiful, extravagant, three-masted schooner. On the lower deck there is an air conditioned saloon also used as a restaurant. Next to the saloon is the wheelhouse fitted with bar, music, video equipment and TV. This room offers large, panoramic window which offers a breathtaking view over the water. On the lower deck there are 12 comfortable cabins (floor area of about 10 m2, 2 floor-level single beds 90 x 200 cm), 1 junior suite with a small corner sitting area and a flat screen TV (about 12 m2) as well as a 1-bed cabin with bunk beds (floor area of about 7 m2).
MS Classic Lady Poland Comfort Class Boat MS Classic Lady was built in 2003 especially for bike and boat tours in the Masuria Lake District.
MS Normandie Austria, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia Comfort Class Boat Last refurbished in 2011, the MS Normandie has a total of forty-nine 2-bed cabins and two single cabins with one bed. The cabins are equipped with two lower beds, shower / toilet, shampoo and soap, TV, safe, hairdryer, central air conditioning and panoramic windows. The windows on the upper deck can be opened. The beds during the day turn into sofas. The 1-bed cabins have a lower bed. On the upper deck you will find the cozy Panorama Lounge with bar and on the main deck, a lovely restaurant.
MS Princess Germany, Poland Comfort Class Boat The comfortable Ms Princess, due to its size, is the ideal boat for cruises on the Oder River. It has a brightly decorated restaurant and a cozy salon. All cabins are about 10.5 m2 in size, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, phone, Sat.-TV, safe (available for a fee) and central A/C.
Panagiota Greece Comfort Class Boat The Panagiota, our latest finding in Greece, is an affectionately restored two-masted motor yacht, 19 ft. wide and 75 ft. long. It was built in 1990 and modernized in 2001 in conformity with the requirements of cruises.
Patria Germany Comfort Class Boat The MS Patria is a cozy river ship with restaurant, saloon, and sun deck. It is 68 meters long, approximately 8 meters wide, and can accommodate 68 guests. The upper deck in the front of the ship has a beautiful lounge and bar with big windows, as well as a separate restaurant area on the lower deck. The boat also has a partially covered sun deck for relaxation. The guest cabins are each 7 square meters.
Sarah Belgium, Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Sarah is a very comfortable and spacious ship. After years of use as a cargo ship, the Sarah was transformed into a passenger boat in 2002. It is a very modern ship with tasteful accommodations, a spacious air conditioned lounge/restaurant, and large and inviting sun deck. The corridor is air conditioned as well.
Soeverein Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Soeverein is a 3-masted ship built to resemble the East Indian merchant ships of the 17th century. From the large upper deck, you will have a magnificent view out over the water and coastline. Below deck are comfortable guest cabins, a professional kitchen, and a large lounge to make your stay on board comfortable and relaxing.
Sundial Italy Comfort Class Boat The Sundial is a comfort class Turkish Caique, constructed of pine and mahogany in the Vedat Sungul Shipyard in Bodrum, Turkey, using the ancient art of Turkish shipbuilding still in use. The boat has a spacious dinette, large solarium with comfortable beach mattresses, and on the stern deck, a wide and elegant lounge. Catering on board is an excellent combination of fresh seafood and vegetables, pasta and meat, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs.
Tarin Croatia Comfort Class Boat With its dark green hull and distinctive white stripes, the Tarin is an eyecatcher in each port. Bright wood, curtains on the large windows and the nicely decorated cabins will immediately make you feel right at home on the Tarin!
Vita Pugna Italy Comfort Class Boat The Vita Pugna is a romantic Dutch barge which has been sailing since 2008. She has 21 guests cabins with comfortable low twin beds and en-suite facilities. They also offer the convenience of attractive, traditional portholes, which can be opened for fresh air. The corridor is air-conditioned. The sundeck has plenty of seating where you can enjoy the passing scenery.
Wapen Fan Fryslan Netherlands Comfort Class Boat In 1965, the sailing ship was launched as a freight ship and then in 2003 it was completely transformed into a sailing passenger ship. On board, you will immediately notice its warm and luxurious atmosphere. On deck there is a the large pilothouse with a cozy and stylish bar and seating area. The panorama windows offer a perfect all around view of the water. The afterdeck has an outdoor cafe with draught beer taps and a Jacuzzi, and on the middle deck with plenty of seating allowing you to enjoy a lovely meal outdoors The sundeck offers plenty of seating including comfortable deckchairs.
Wending Netherlands Comfort Class Boat The Wending is a former freight barge that was converted into a luxury passenger motor barge in the early nineties and completely redecorated in 2002. The barge has a spacious salon equipped with a television and music installation. It is a great place to relax after a strenuous day of cycling.
Zwaan Belgium, Netherlands Comfort Class Boat Once a cargo boat, the Zwaan (Swan) was completely renovated and converted into a comfortable passenger barge. On board you will find seven comfortable cabins allowing a total capacity of 16 passengers.
