· Loire Valley - Tours to Angers

This was the second leg of our Loire valley bike ride as we had done Orleans to Tour 2 years ago.
We started in Tour this time and again enjoyed the ease of the electric bikes, which was needed more so on the section especially the last day being the longest. There was an adventure on the last day having to cross the river and put our bikes on a small barge and pull ourselves across... I must admit we definitely needed my friends husband as just 2 females together i don't think we would of managed.
Overall another fabulous trip. I must say the best accommodation was at Chinon. The rooms were huge and Maurice had everything to make you feel at home,we didn't want to leave. Breakfast in the morning was like being king and queen of the castle sitting at a huge fancy dining table so much different to the other generic hotels. We will go back just to stay with him again.

· Albanian Highlights

Cycling in Albania was probably my most favorite trip with Tripsite (this is our fifth). The country and the people were amazing.
We received more pre information than everyone else who didn’t book with Tripsite. Looking back there was some things people have to take into consideration when traveling there. This country is just beginning to develop its tourism as well as leaving behind its communist roots. Some places we stayed were not as nice as other countries we have visited. That said, if you look at the cost to travel within it is truly a win. The electric bikes had issues from time to time but our guide and driver always did repairs or swap out when necessary.
The food was outstanding throughout and the riding although challenging at times, was worth every view. Get some seat time in and go visit a beautiful country before it gets too crowded.

· Around Lake Constance - 12 Day

The trip was excellent. Exactly as advertised. I want to give a special shoutout to the Tripsite customer support team. We had a couple of unexpected family/personal issues that came up just before and during the tour, and that required some accommodations. The Tripsite support team was responsive, supportive, and flexible. That made a big difference for us.

· Danube Bike Path - Passau to Budapest

The entire trip was well organised with a great route. The path was exceptional albeit a bit flat at times which allowed the daily distances to be covered very easily. The route was punctuated by historic towns and natural beauty around every corner.

I would recommend this trip to anyone, even people with limited fitness.

· Lanzarote - A Canary Island Bike Tour

Flawless trip package: Absolutely exceptional tour guide information packet. Follow all the details in the guide! Focus on Art, wine, nature, cuisine, camels, eco-farming and markets, stargazing, cycling, hiking, beaches, history, human resilience…Great variety of highly regarded rural hotels with top grade restaurants nearby and resort hotels with wonderful rooms and amenities. Excellent Bikes. Gorgeous cycling routes. We guarantee that you will love Lanzarote after this tour. Add on extra nights in Playa Blanca to take the ferry to Fuerta Ventura, and Los Lobos Islands.
From Arrecife bus to Orzola and ferry to Grasciosa Island. This agency can accommodate any extra days at any of the excellent tour point cities and villages and it is well worth the time to do so.
We found the Canary Island food to be not only gourmet great delicious but fantastic fuel for cycling, swimming, and touring. The local cheeses and fruits, vegetables, avocados, onions, delectable pastries and meats, as well as the wines are highly flavorful from these volcanic soils. We truly love Lanzarote now. This absolutely unforgettable tour is worth repeating. A great value indeed.

· Sicily - Syracuse, Noto Valley, & Baroque Villages

This bike trip was a wonderful experience. We were able to visit many small villages that we likely would not have seen otherwise, which added a unique and authentic dimension to the journey. The hotels were very comfortable, and the bikes were in excellent condition throughout the trip.

Having the extra day in Syracuse at the end was especially valuable, as there is so much to see and explore in Syracuse and Ortigia. While there was more traffic than we expected, it was manageable and did not detract significantly from the experience.

The tour is described as easy to moderate, and I would agree with that assessment. The first day was the most challenging, but overall the rides ranged from easy to moderately demanding and were enjoyable for cyclists with a reasonable fitness level.

I would highly recommend this tour for its stunning Mediterranean views, charming villages, and well-organized itinerary.

· Loire Valley - Tours to Angers

Kristen did a wonderful job helping us plan our trip and then executing the logistics. The bikes were first-rate, and when we did have a problem with one, it was quickly swapped out.

Three things impressed me that were different from our last trip with Tripsite.
1. The Tripsite app was superb and quickly replaced a paid bike app I had planned to use. We also liked the local city tour guides in the app.
2. We chose to take a day off every 3 to 4 days and upgraded our lodgings for those double-night stays to Deluxe Accommodations, which we found very nice and greatly appreciated. I want to clarify that you offer two accommodation levels: deluxe and superior. To me, the wording seems reversed: "superior" typically implies a higher level than "deluxe," but here "deluxe" was the better accommodations.
3. The food was delicious throughout the trip. At times, it felt as much like a food tour as a biking adventure, making the experience very memorable.
Thank you for making our trip stress-free and enjoyable.

· Catalonian Flavors of the Mediterranean

We had a great time on our Catalonian tour. The biking was amazing, hotel stays were fabulous, sites were incredible, and the time together was priceless. We went from Girona to Figueres - but if we had to do it again, we’d recommend going from Figueres to Girona. We also stayed two nights in Palafrugell - which was a perfect spot for two nights!!! The tapas experience bar there was amazing Calau, mmm! So were Puig park and Goflet beaches. Great spot for two nights. The accommodations were all good, but the better spots imo were in Palafrugell and SFdG - thus saving them for the end of the trip seems more ideal in hindsight. Tripsite team was super accommodating and helpful and the Catalonian group were also fabulous - big thanks to Vega for getting us all set up and squared away. :)
Two things to note, check the app out in advance. Helpful intel on sites to see along the way, vs going to your destination. And two, if you want to visit wineries - some aren’t open until after 4, so be aware of that on your schedule or have tripsite book.
Overall, would highly recommend this experience. All of these locations would be hard to get to by car for people worried about driving on a foreign country, biking made it so in reach and it was an incredible 5star, life impacting experience. Thank you to the people of Spain for the hospitality and generosity and for preserving such incredible historical sites.

We had a couple of picnics out in the countryside in wonderful spots. Sometimes you can find a nice picnic table in a perfect spot. We would go to a grocery store before leaving and pick up a baguette and snacks. It was wonderful. There are also cafes and restaurants on the way for other days.

· Cycling in the Baltics - Vilnius to Tallinn

We spent 9 days soaking in the beauty of the Baltic States—at times gentle and pastoral, at others rugged and raw. This felt like a corner of Europe that most travellers simply pass by. The hotel were top notch where we could retreat for the night with tired legs and sore bums. I would not change a thing! A truly unforgettable journey through the Baltics, 440 kilometres on two wheels, three new countries explored, and countless memories gathered along the way. Thank you Tripsite!

Our stay at the Convento de São Paulo was exceptional. Lots to explore in the hotel and grounds. The food was great.
The 12 speed ebikes were the best we have used on several trips we have taken in Europe. Having the extra lower gears makes a big difference if you want to minimize the amount of power used. The tour staff service was excellent.

Our group of 10 cyclists enjoyed a lovely self-guided tour from Tours to Angers thanks to Tripsite and their local tour operator. Kirsten with Tripsite was very attentive to our needs and spot on in developing a tour package that worked for our group, including merging this tour with the Tours-Angers leg. The scenery was breathtaking, the cycling was varied and fun, and the selected hotels and restaurants were memorable. We highly recommended selecting the chateaux and restaurants packages if you are traveling with a large group.

A couple of very short steep kickers which I had to walk but the routes chosen were excellent and I wouldn't want the routes changed. The tour busses on the climb to the castle in Sinatra were nerve racking especially on the switch backs so I walked part of that climb.

· Classic or Luxury Famous Villages of Provence

Memorable points or cities were: Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine tasting . After lunch at the very good Aubergue de Tavel restaurant; memorable cities like Gordes, Venasque (in this hilltop town we had lunch at Les Reparts with a wonderful view); Roussilon the orange and yellow city and to close the trip with the feeling of visiting incredible places, Le Baux-de-Provence. In this town you need to leave the bike aside and walk around it, understanding the history that took place there. The whole way to get to Le Baux is beautiful, as is the return to Saint Remy.

· Prague to Vienna

Prague to Vienna is very romantic sounding and it was despite the 335 miles of beautiful rolling countryside in Czechia and the 18,500 feet of climbing. Most memorable is the constant undulating beauty of the Czech countryside and the amazing historical towns. There is natural and human scale beauty at every turn. The Czech people I suppose have become tolerant to visitors that cannot even say thank you correctly but they are universally cordial. We are avid cyclists but over 70 so I would call it a challenging trip. We took a rest day in Znojmo which turned out to be necessary because 9 straight days of riding was too much. And it is a thoroughly interesting town. We knew little of Czechia but would recommend it heartily to any adventurous spirits.

How did the difficulty level compare to your expectations?
It was a little bit harder. My wife and I have high end road bikes and these were excellent gravel bikes but with a pannier and no toe clips. So a little bit hillier, a little bit heavier, and a little bit rougher than we usually ride but on balance the routes couldn't have been better. We didn't want smooth roads with cars.

· Danube Bike Path - Regensburg to Vienna

Despite the chilly weather in mid-May 2026, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our cycling trip, a first for us. The scenery was beautiful and varied, as the river is often winding. The accommodations were very good, although sometimes the rooms were a bit small for a 4-star hotel.
We opted for electric bikes, which was a good idea. However, they were quite heavy to handle. We also would have appreciated instructions on how to lock the bikes together and how to remove the battery to charge it in the room, as one hotel didn't have an electrical outlet in its garage. The Pedalo app, which served as our guide, was truly amazing; it's very well designed. However, the route really needs adjusting when there are detours that last for months due to major construction. The signs on the ground were difficult to find.
That said, we would be happy to repeat a similar experience with TripSite.
