It was worth exploring the country by bicycle. The garden route is beautiful and with the very good guide and the nice cycling company I had a wonderful holiday. There were very tough bike courses, the weather made the challenge bigger but I wouldn't have wanted to miss it.

Of ochtend half uur eerder vertrekken? Of het diner samen wat eerder afronden, 21.30 ipv 22.00.

This was an awesome trip that both met and exceeded my expectations. First off, Liselle our trip leader and Wendell, our guide were both top notch. Liselle took very good care of us, sharing her families involvement in the South African farming business. She went above and beyond to arrange a tour of a local hospital and tribal village for our group in addition to the planned itinerary, plus her cooking skills were quite noteworthy. Wendell couldn’t have been more knowledgeable about all things South African, including the politics and history, the animals, birds, plants, ecology, etc. He had extensive experience and education which he shared generously throughout our tour. Our accommodations were great. The bikes were great. We got a nice touch of the local culture, farming, expansive panoramas and safari time. Seeing this part of South Africa was great, seeing it on a bike was even better.
My group then went on the Nzdhaka extension in order to add safari time on Read More

Every day the natural beauty on the Garden Route in South Africa was breathtaking.
The many sight seeing trips made this tour even more interesting. Did you know that South Africa has a huge colony of penguins? The hike on Robberg Peninsula takes you to enormous dunes. A day in Addo Elephant National Park will let you observe many different animals. Before visiting an ostrich farm, you will already have seen 100's of them.
The accommodations were diverse and always lovely.
I recommend this tour highly.
