Valencia, Color and Contrasts Tour Reviews — 1 to 2 of 2
Easy–Moderate Bike Tour in Spain
A bike tour in Valencia is a journey of color and contrasts. Valencia is a land of wine and oranges, olives and almonds, rugged mountains and green valleys, rivers and sea, and orchards and pine…

We loved the varied routes but found there to be quite a bit of hill climbing for the rating easy to moderate. In end we felt very accomplished!
The sights and smells of the countryside were amazing. i can not emphasize this enough. We had outstanding (above avg temps early oct) weather, amazing accommodation for Read More the star ratings and food. Augusto’s family farm was a highlight with meals served from his garden.
We do not speak Spanish and can’t thank the people enough for their assistance and patience. Gracias! ❤️
Tripsite was also very helpful with choosing the trips and offers excellent support for 1 day when we required it. The website is very user friendly complemented by people behind the scenes. I will look to book through this company again.

Riding through the area that was hit by the storm of the century. We were not advised of all the route closures, only some of them. Therefore we did a lot of backtracking! The company Lazypedals that organized the tour did not personally investigate the travel route. As a result we were left on our own with insufficient maps and GPS. Overall we enjoyed the trip and the scenery and made it to our destinations, however, this trip should not be rated as an Easy to Moderate tour, take out the word easy!!

Hi Corri,
Thanks for this feedback. We understand that the weather negatively impacted your trip. Xavier, our local partner, personally checked the route beforehand (for the 20 travelers that week) and gave you the welcome meeting and gave advice. Xavier has reviewed your feedback and the only thing he can think of is that he was not clear enough. In this case, we apologize. We can assure you that Xavier, and we here at Tripsite, want you to have the best experience when you are on your tour.
We hope you still had a trip despite these things.
