Guides were great. rides were great. Food on boat was wonderful. Crew was wonderful and helpful as well. I appreciated the guides keeping the speed at a pace that regular bikes could keep up with e-bikes, even though e-bikes wanted to go faster. guide Elize was wonderful. She had a lot of knowledge about sites we visited. Simone on the other hand told us she had a scant knowledge ( which she did). I believe when guides lead a trip or walking tour they should be well versed on the area they are showing.

This trip was very enjoyable. Our boat crew and guides did a great job taking great care of us. The reasons I only gave 4 stars are more to do with my expectations. I expected there to be a lot more sailing. Even though the trip info says the winds and captain determine our course, it was a bit disappointing to motor most of the time. During the one sailing day, the crew and captain were always available for questions and interactions. The cabins were quite "hygge" (cozy) as the Danes say. They were tiny! Again, this trip was on a sailing ship, not a luxury yacht.A lot of dishes on our dinner buffet were "recycled" from previous meals. In spit of these minor complaints, the guides and fellow passengers made this trip be really enjoyable. The cycling was very easy and on very good roads. Our guides made sure to make frequent stops and offered explanations and local information. We were also free to explore on our own. They provided us with optional city walks after dinner most evenings. I'd definitely do this again!

This trip was a great experience! This was not a luxury tour, but it was a tour for those of us who like a little adventure and to feel like a part of the host country. The slower pace of the tour allows one to really experience the culture and lifestyle of Norway and Sweden. This is a trip for people who are ok with last minute changes to the itinerary, weather unpredictability and not always knowing what will happen next!

The boat itself and the sailing day is most memorable. The crew created a participating atmosphere. Chef Alex spoiled us with wonderful meals. Bike Guides Frans and Jens gave us, despite the pelting rain, fun interesting tours.

Overall great but cabins too small. Advertise air conditioning. There was none. the staff were great. The cabins were hot, no porthole.
