The scenery in Croatia is just beautiful. And the seaside towns are gorgeous. Being able to cycle through all of that, connecting the sea with the mountainous terrain, was perfect. The e-bikes made it possible considering the hot temperatures and my age! Our boat, Harmonia, was a very comfortable home for the week. The meals were delicious and beautiful. Swim stops on the boat were great and we also visited many refreshing beaches during our bike rides.

Everything was excellent!
I am thankful for the help with the hotel accommodations before our tour started. The Splendid hotel was very nice. The boat Harmonia was perfect; the crew was kind, hospitable and competent. Our Island Hoping guides were excellent. I even enjoyed the Croatian language class sweet Tara gave us on day one! The food was elegant and delicious. We were under the impression that we needed to pack our own bike helmets, which was a packing challenge, but later realized that we didn’t really need to. Guide Ivan was an excellent shepherd for our group; we learned so much about Croatia; he was quite passionate about his country! We will hopefully be returning for another tour in the future.

I enjoyed the morning rides and seeing villages up close and afternoon cruises on the sea, stopping for a swim and resting on the boat with a beverage.

Loved everything! The biking was fabulous. Sailing during the day was so relaxing and enjoyable.

This trip exceeded our expectations. I think that was mostly in part to the breathtakingly beautiful country of Croatia, and to the awesome guides (Mario and Srdan). We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the cabins on the Harmonia. We had a lower cabin with a port hole, and I believe had more space than the upper cabins. Since most of our time that we were on the boat was spent on the upper open decks or in the Saloon, we didn’t miss the window at all. Because we traveled with carry on luggage only, the one thing missing in the cabin for us was soap and shampoo in the shower. I have padded shorts for bike riding, however I didn’t bring them because I thought riding an ebike would have a more comfortable seat than my bike at home. I would totally recommend bringing your padded shorts for the biking. Some in our group brought a padded seat cover which would also be helpful. We brought our own helmets, however, there seemed to be enough helmets to use theirs. Don’t underestimate the elevation gain on the bike rides. Even though you have e-bikes, you will still need to work. On the longest ride of this trip, there is quit a big elevation gain and it is recommended to conserve your battery and not use higher levels of ebike assistance because you will use your battery up before the end of the ride. I would recommend some training before. On one of the days on the Island of Korchula, there is the option to have lunch of a traditional Croation meal. I would highly recommend indulging in that meal. The one port I was not impressed with was on the last day on Šipan This was one night where dinner was not served on the boat. The town was very run down, and there was not many choices for dining or any night life. But, it turned out to be a relaxing evening before heading to Dubrovnik. Again, this trip did far exceed our expectations and It was mostly due to the very experienced guides. They worked very hard to keep us informed of what to expect on each ride. They kept the group organized and on schedule each day. They knew each island front and back, with informative stories of the landscape and history. They were very personable, fun, and made everyone feel safe. Lots of laughs had by all.

I was absolutely stunned at the scenic views from atop the hills on our bikes. The guides and crew did an outstanding job.

Serden and Mario the guides were incredible. Good sense of humor and perfectly relatable. The boat Harmonia was first class and the owners and crew were top notch. The food was incredible and the islands were beautiful. I can’t say enough about how fantastic this vacation was.

Biking and scenery was the best part

It was an amazing experience for an active individual. E-bike is the way to go. Early risers should pack Instant coffee.

The itinerary was well thought out. We visited beautiful scenic islands every day. The staff was amazing!!! From the bike guides to the boat crew, everyone was very helpful & attentive. We would highly recommend this trip as a unique way to experience Croatia.

You definitely get to experience the beautiful country of Croatia on this bike & boat tour! The boat drops you off at one end of an island and you and your group bike up and over to the other side, where the boat meets you. I would strongly recommend an ebike… some says the elevation and distance was quite high. We had a lower cabin that was very spacious with two beds but only has a small (and I mean small!) porthole you can’t see out of. It doesn’t really matter because you don’t have WiFi or television in your rooms. This is nice because it makes passengers gather in the common decks! The food was fair… they did their best to accommodate people’s dietary preferences. Our cabin was not clean when we arrived or cleaned during our trip. They only make your beds and change towels once. Our guide, Cresco, was passionate about his country and biking. He arranged optional lunches and wine, cheese and olive tastings with local establishments. The only thing that can be bothersome is how many people smoke in Croatia.

Seeing the beautiful scenery and riding bikes through it! We loved the trip overall. Suggestions for others - there are many smokers in Croatia - if you are sensitive it will be a problem. The rooms on the boat are generally small - pack light ! Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap - this is not provided. If you are a light sleeper the bottom of the boat is quieter and cooler - we slept on the main deck and people were up late talking and laughing, lights shown in the the cabin from the other boats stack parked along side us, and the air conditioner was not very good at keeping the room cool at night. The water is generally smooth for the trips between the islands - hardly ever needed Dramamine. There is no holder on the bikes for a water bottle - must be carried in a pack on the back of the bike.

Really nice trip -- other than the rain and lousy visibility. We loved the ship -- had a cabin above the deck. Food was very good. The crew and guides were great. They worked their tails off to make the trip fun and keep us riding each day. We had rain most days which is very unusual for this time of the year -- May. The visibility was bad as well. So views from high in the mountains down on the sparkling sea were non-existent most days. Wind warnings kept us from sailing one day. Hats off to our guides who still found rides for us that were safe and fulfilling. They also found things to do like a dinner at a local home one night. We stayed a few extra days in Dubrovnik and Split and that was well worth it.

This is a wonderful way to see Croatia! All the islands are beautiful and being on a bike gives you the best views!!! Loved our trip and can’t wait to book another bike & boat!!

The guides were knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Due to the rain our trip had several changes in itinerary. The guides worked very hard to give us as much biking experiences as possible. I was very grateful to have an E bike, and that all members of the tour were on E! bikes. The food on the boat was delicious and our rooms very comfortable. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

I wish the group leader an responsible for eight people signing up for this trip. Guides were good, response from trip site was horrible when our bags did not arrive another party that we had signed up also did not have their bags arrive. Very disappointing with no bike clothes no pet it shorts no pedals etc.

This trip was amazing! The places we visited in Croatia were beautiful and so interesting with the history we learned about during the city tours!
The good on the boat was fantastic and the tour guides were wonderful too! Everyone I was with rated it as one of the best trips they’ve been on. I’m already recommending it to many friends.

The islands, food and the people made our tour. Our bike tour guides were amazing, they are knowledgeable, informative and supportive. The only issue I had was the Thursday evening we did not have dinner on the boat, as most of the restaurants were closed for the season and it was very difficult to find our evening meal.

This was a better than expected trip. The guides, boat crew, food, and other guests were exceptional. We had fabulous weather and our daily rides were breathtaking. Beautiful country and wonderful memories.

This was our third trip through the different islands of Croatia. I can't say enough. Our guides were awesome . They shared so much great history of the islands The boat, crew and food, the best. Can't wait for our next trip.

Our guides, Evan and Dini, were amazing - they made the cycling and city visits enjoyable. They were full of city and country facts.

The ship and the crew were fantastic. The food was better than expected - tho the portion sizes were usually too large.

Croatia is beautiful. The crew found numerous opportunities for us to swim in the amazingly blue sea.

Our guides Ivan and Dini were fantastic and each days rides were unique and absolutely beautiful. Stops were frequent enough that we could regroup but we never felt rushed so that if you wanted to stop for pictures or have extra breaks, that was fine. Weather prevented us from going to Lastovo Island but it in no way diminished our experience as they put together another ride for us on Mljet. Morning and evening briefings prepared us for our fantastic days and time was allotted for swimming off the boat or going to a beach most days--swimming in the Adriatic is AMAZING! Town walking tours were very enjoyable and informative.
While the pannier is very handy, it would be great to have water bottle holders (and water bottles with logos as promotional/souvenir) on the bikes and I wish I had brought a small front handlebar pouch for my phone/camera for easy accessibility.

The cabin was spacious and comfortable. The guides and crew were great. The ebikes were in good condition. The sights were amazing!

Phenomenal organization, professionalism of guides, warm and caring environment

Fabulous tour guides who were amazingly accomodating. My husband took a bad spill on the bike and they took care of him in every way...got him to a clinic for stitches and xrays and he was back on the boat with us the following day. Loved having a guide at both the front and the back of the group. They were so informative and helpful...changing batteries, fixing flat tires, etc. And Croatia is gorgeous...one amazing view after the next. The food on the boat was wonderful...really top notch. Great friendly group of 23 riders and we got along beautifully. My adult kids joined us and also thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Only suggestions - more pillows and softer towels :) Truly an amazing vacation that I would highly recommend to all.

This was my first experience with Tripsite and from beginning to end I was grateful to have booked the trip with them. There are so many options for booking these bike trips, some much more high end. Yet, the boat, the staff, the food, the fun and the beauty were all pretty exceptional. I would add that the administrative staff, Anna and Carla, was such a great pleasure to work with, accommodating me at last minute to make this trip happen. Our tour guide, Ivan, was also exceptional, taking charge in a low key, competent way with great humor and sensitivity to all of our needs. The most memorable aspect of this trip is the sheer beauty of these islands providing daily exhilaration biking from one to another. Croatia and Tripsite is a pretty great combination. My first but not last time with Tripsite.
