Boat was awesome and the crew was stellar ❤️. Loved riding through the Dutch countryside with a bunch of old friends and some new ones! Guides were great as well. We always felt safe and looked after!

The trip was well run, food was great the tour was amazing look at the country's.

The beautiful scenery, everything so different from the US - and in many respects, better - food, conservation, transportation.

The routes chosen were excellent!

The Boat accommodations and staff were wonderful. The e-bikes performed well and freshly charged each day.
The guides and routes we took each day were wonderful. The guides were also very knowledgeable of the areas we visited.

This was our first bike and barge trip and we had a wonderful time. The Magnifique IV was beautiful and the crew was phenomenal. They were so friendly and they took such good care of us. The food was outstanding! Some advice I would pass on to future guests would be to bring some plastic containers from home to pack your lunch in, containers for sandwich condiments, fruit, etc. for example. We enjoyed getting to know the other passengers but we are a bit more introverted so it was nice having the small seating area in our upper deck suite for some privacy.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip aboard the Magnifique II. The crew was great and the biking was outstanding. Loads of fun!

We had a wonderful time. The combination of biking everyday and returning to our comfy accommodations on the boat was perfect.

The last two days were the most beautiful weather-wise. Loved the scenery, farms, birds, farm animals, gardens, homes, windmills. Just beautiful. The meals on board were delicious. Met some fun people. Loved our upper level rooms!

The rides and the landscape and the quaint communities were great.
The staff was super and the food was top notch.

This was an amazing trip, the boat was clean and well appointed, the crew and tour leaders were exceptional, the food was incredible and the rides each day were so lovely riding through the country side and in and out of all the little towns and bigger cities. We did the guided tour and were so happy we did. Our tour guides were informative and communicated well about what to expect each day. Our first bike/barge trip and we are hooked!

The scenery was wonderful, the guides were full of care for clients, the food was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, but the best part was the friendships formed between staff and clients throughout the journey.

Finally getting around to a review from this past summer. We had great weather, and the biking was great. We learned a lot with our guide and allowed us a different point of view as travelers. Thank you! As for the ship, it was clean and comfortable, and Emile, the chef, was amazing! He put a lot of effort into accommodating everyone's dietary needs/concerns, not to mention the food was delicious! He handled the rude customers very well, and maintained professionalism even when they were extremely unreasonable. He went above and beyond with customer service and because of him, my time onboard was fantastic. If we go again, we want to ensure he will be the chef during our tour. The other staff members were very friendly and would sit with us all and join in on the fun. It is a trip I would recommend to all my friends.

This trip fulfilled our expectations wonderfully. The guides were great, kept us moving, gave interesting history at stops along the route and always were helpful and friendly. The food was first class and the suite was fine. One suggestion - bring a Tupperware type dish to put your lunch (sandwich, cheese, olives etc) into. You’ll be very grateful you did!

This was a beautiful boat, the food was excellent and the bike guides were great. The room and bathroom were very spacious and everything was extremely clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the trip very much.

Guided evening walks through some less touristy medieval towns, including Dordrecht and Schoonhoven, gave us a more personal experience of the guild houses and legends of centuries ago. Be open-minded to making new friends and make sure you carry a few euros with you as restroom facilities can come at a small price.

Great biking holiday ! This was our first but will not be our last the boat accommodations bikes and routes where exceptional!. We went in late September early Oct and you will want to bring layered clothing as it was usually cooler in morning but warmed up late morning. Overall great experience and holiday.

The most memorable part for me was meeting great people. The food and the sights were amazing also.

This was a wonderful trip. It was our first bike and barge trip but it won’t be our last one.
Biking through the fields and countryside of Belgium and the Netherlands was beautiful. We were on a self guided tip but each evening a guide went over the next days tour and pointed out interesting places to stop and visit. Staff was lovely and meals were great.
The vest we received from Tripsite were the best. Everyone commented on them. They made us so visible. Would definitely recommend them to all who are doing these trips.
Most took electric bikes but it was very flat and always paved so very easy to bike on.
Definitely would recommend this trip.

This trip exceeded our expectations. The crew were amazing, our guide Anita was the best! We met strangers who became friends. The scenery and rides were incredible. I would highly recommend.

Riding along the Belgian and Netherland countrysides and stopping at the magnificent windmills were the highlights of the trip, but every ride and scene were fabulous! Acres of brilliantly colored flowers, sheep, cows, horses, vast pastures and canals were seemingly everywhere for our eyes to take in. And the instant friends we made, our wonderful guide Corrie and the support staff helped to make the trip seamless. Having e-bikes allowed us to simply glide along enjoying the incredible views.
Our previous bike and barge tour stopped at ports with vibrant evening walking tours which were lacking on this trip. And the food for us to make daily lunches never varied. But overall we had a wonderful experience that we recommend to all of our friends!

So many wonderful memories! The boat was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and meeting folks from all over the world was so much fun! The bikes were well maintained and the crew was helpful, courteous and thoughtful. Tour guide Arie always seemed to be on the road where he was needed.

Trip was great. I loved it when our guide took us on a bus into the city at night. Even our captain took us on a walking tour one evening!!! The crew did a phenomenal job! Sat with us at our tables during dinners! Even took the time to celebrate somebody’s birthday with decorations and a cake!!! Everyone was made to feel welcome and looked out for each other! The food was amazing, the chef really book his heart into everything he did! Bikes were great. Beautiful scenery, fun stops along the way and learnt some interesting history. I would definitely love to do another trip like this!

The Magnifique IV ship was lovely and the food was excellent. The entire crew was friendly and accommodated special requests. The biking in Netherlands is mainly flat so I suggest using hybrid bike rather than an ebike. However, currently the tour only has 28" wheel hybrid bikes available so if your height is on the shorter spectrum and you're interested in riding a hybrid bike, I suggest emailing Tripsite.com in advance to see if they will be able to provide bike. Tripsite.com staff is friendly and very responsive in replying to emails.

It was an absolute blast. The team on our boat were fantastic! I would highly recommend.

The biking was fabulous. The crew members were fun relaxed and very accommodating.The bikes were very easy to handle and perfect for the trip. I loved them!The barge was beautiful and more spacious than I imagined. I had an excellent time on this trip and would highly recommend it.

There are so many beautiful sights to see along the biking paths and roads. A guided tour is the way to go in my opinion so one can relax and just take in all of the sights without having to be concerned about finding the next turn. The incredible and friendly guides show you the entire way and there are so many, many turns and changes to the route to be watching out for.

The Bruges to Amsterdam Barge and Bike tour was simply wonderful! Every detail was attended to. The cabins were beautiful, the food was gourmet, the staff was delightful and attentive. We were surprised by all the extras like walking tours, special drinks and snacks before dinner, and an education on Belgian beers. We loved every minute of it!

Overall, the cycling days of the trip were "outstanding" and the cycling leaders along with the remaining staff (ALL) were great!! Many details were provided regarding each day's trip and any facts/information related to a specific area during designated stops. Regarding the meals, I really enjoyed the dinner entrees, interesting food combinations! Breakfast variety was great, and each of us made bag lunches with the choices, which made for a simple and convenient selection. I highly recommend the Magnifique IV - MUCH fun!!

Suggestion: It might be beneficial to increase the selection of plant based or vegan meal options to better accommodate these passengers.

We are looking forward to planning and participating in another boat/barge trip in two years!! Thank you for making this trip fun and exciting!
