We had an excellent time on the tour. The sites we great, biking path was paved, food and the care on the Iris was excellent.
Biking on the city bridges were not always easy. A little scary with the traffic. Loved the e-bike. Would definitely go on another bike and barge trip.

The crew, the meals, Francesco was an excellent guide.
Accommodation was great.

The scenery and views were amazing! As was the camaraderie on the ship. Our guides did a wonderful job and were cognizant of and attentive to everyone's needs and interest.

My husband and I loved every minute of this bike and barge trip with Tripsite. The Swiss Crown is a beautiful ship equipped with lovely spacious rooms, lovely dining room and seating area and hot tub on the top level. The meals surpassed our expectations! From surf and turf to local cuisine. Each day the crew greeted us and looked after everything from room cleaning, expert dining experience, loading and unloading our bikes, presenting each day's travel suggestions, and offering fun nightly activities. Seriously, could not have been better. We have travelled extensively but this is the first time we did a bike and barge, and it won't be the last. We met wonderful people and experienced the countryside in a whole different way than by car or bus. It is a unique experience.

Do many things, the biking was amazing, the views and infrastructure and routes were exceptional. The staff was phenomenal and the chef made the best food from all other river cruises. We enjoyed the evening entertainment alot.

I loved this tour. The biking was easy, beautiful, and enough exercise that I felt I could eat lots of the delicious food onboard. The workers on board were helpful and friendly and they seemed to honestly enjoy their job and the visitors onboard.

We had such an amazing time, it's hard to pin down one thing that made the trip. Our guides, Srdan, Ana and Marco were fantastic. Such great attitudes, able to combine fun with professionalism. The crew on the San Snova were top notch. Always on top of everything to make sure it went smoothly. And then there is the scenery! Unbelievable.
Things to remember to bring- shampoo, lotion, etc. If you have an e-bike, they don't have water bottle cages or mounts so bring a handlebar cage if you like having access to water during the ride. At the end of September, the weather changes quickly. The beginning of the trip was in the 80s and a week later the temps were in the low 60s. And now that I've told you to pack lots of clothes, the rooms are small and don't have a ton of space. We had duffle bags that were able to fit under the beds.

The guides a staff aboard Bellezza were amazing and accommodating. We so enjoyed our trip, especially biking the islands. What a great way to see everything in slow motion.

The first day and last day of biking were beautiful. The route the other days weren’t as nice.
The boat staff were wonderful and the food was delicious.
Only downside was having to be on the boat for a certain time as the boat moved all night long. I prefer the tours when the boat moves as we bike and stays in port all night. Nice for after dinner walk in towns.

The Tripsite staff were wonderful - Adem, Matin & Ibo were attentive, informative and made each day a real adventure. The Nevra Queen exceeded our expectations and was an amazing boat to be on for this trip! The bikes were very comfortable, the food was delicious and we learned so much about all of the sights we visited. I wasn't sure what to expect on this trip, but it was fabulous and we had a wonderful time!

Meeting people from around the world on the boat. Also the staff on the boat was fantastic very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful scenery , routes and excellent coffee stops. Peter and Hans were excellent tour guides, chef Liam was outstanding and the support staff were great. Only suggestions would be to improve the quality of the bikes and a few more snacks after the rides . Pack gloves for your rides especially on fall trips

Beautiful boat lobby and cabins. Rooftop deserves more time spent there. Front bar has lovely views. River tour of Budapest nightlights is fabulous. Bikes are excellent . 3/6 days we had to dock late because another boat was in our spot? Therefore we rarely had time to sightsee or make cafe’ stops during our bike days. I don’t understand this. Late September is perhaps not the best time for this tour?

We loved our time on the Magnifiique Ii. Guides Han’s and Peter were excellent. Beautiful countryside but very busy cities. Great trip!

Biking and meeting nice people.great food and staff. Very clean as well.

Coming down the Seine and seeing the Eiffel Tower from the boat was great.

Wonderful tour. Experienced 3 day self guided portion. Barge crew was great. Georgio was very knowledgeable anout local area. He was an exceptional guide. Felt very comfortable asking questions.

Guides were great. Trip was very educational. Side tours were great even in the rain. Would to have more time to spend in each city. One day is just not enough to enjoy the local flavors.

The 2 guides on our Bike and Barge, Peter and Hans were absolutely fantastic and they were the difference in making this a wonderful memorable journey.

Our trip had to be re-routed due to a bridge collapse, which is understandable yet the new route disappointing. This was not a Champagne tour -- just one day via bus to a cave. It was more of a WW1/11 site trip...which was interesting and we enjoyed that bit but not what we signed up for. The new route was 30% lovely, the rest mostly through industrial areas and unattractive routes; the guides were not well experienced with the new route and we frequently got lost. The lead guide was rather defensive when route etc suggestions were offered. The boat was lovely, though some people had trouble with power and leaks in their room; the owner did fix after a few days. The chef was excellent...food was 5 star. The captain and crew were helpful and delightful. Again, we understand that things happen...but the trip was not what we had booked and tripsite did not offer the option to rebook to a different trip or future date. We'll likley travel again with tripsite as we've had great experiences in the past (Croatia and Mosel), but wish they had offered options with such an extreme trip change.

Staff and food and organization and accommodations! and of course itinerary

This is an excellent bike and barge. The Vivienne was a beautiful boat with excellent staff. The schedule is well laid out, allowed time to enjoy the biking and scenery. The navigation app worked really well but take a phone holder for your bike so you can see the map. I have Bluetooth hearing aids so the directions were also provided by audio which was very helpful. That city bus tours were ok, if you are a city traveller you could have navigated both Budapest and Vienna on your own.
The cruise director has lots of information and will answer your questions…. If in doubt ask questions.
The food was amazing … you will not go hungry.

Pros: The historic villages we passed through on the route were exceptionally beautiful and easy to navigate. The variety of terrain and the routes were well-designed and except for the first day there were a good number of options for refreshments and bathrooms.

The boat cabins were comfortable and very clean, and the sitting areas were adequate in the dining area.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive to our requests - with one exception (see details in "cons" section below). The tour manager (Mehmet) was amazing and provided all the help we needed.

The e-bikes were excellent and the equipment (panniers and locks) were easy to use and very high quality.

Cons: Our group of 7 who traveled together was separated onto different tables that were too far apart to talk to one another. We asked to have one table moved closer and were denied. There were other tables close to one another with groups that had no relationship to each other. I wonder why we were not given two of those tables. That was a huge disappointment.

The routes were longer than we anticipated each day so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked walking around the villages and learning about them.

The food was plentiful but not great.

The GPS worked pretty well, but would have been better had the route numbers been part of the GPS map. We got confused at least once each day trying to navigate the different tools - paper map, paper route numbers, and GPS - which were not always clear or aligned on which direction to go.

Lastly, we would have appreciated a welcome activity that helped us learn who was in the room, where they were from, and encouraged building relationships with one another. We did a lot of that on our own and it would have been nice to get introduced to each other first thing.

The evening that we moored by a small rock island with a lighthouse and a hole through the rock. Then went for a short swim. Wish it could have been longer.

I loved everything about the trip except the hot tub was not very hot and the steam shower wasn't working. The food was presented so beautifully and staff were professional and lovely. The 2 night of karaoke and 70 and 80's night were good tobinteractvwith other guests.

The chef Paolo was amazing - his menus were delicious! The crew worked well together and did their best to make us comfortable on an old barge under cold/rainy conditions.
The Mosel/Saar is a beautiful area, but our bike guide had never been on the route before so did not know things about the route you would expect a guide to know. We really expected and would have appreciated some personal info about the places we were visiting and not just someone to lead us down a bike path.

We were transferred to the Nevra Queen as the Milo-M had a myriad of issues. The Nevra was an excellent upgrade, comfortable and clean. The guides were superb, especially Edan. Edan was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, caring and fun to be with. This was my 6th Tripsite excursion, a good time was had by all. I would like to recommend that the Nevra, and and all your boats offer a hotel grade automatic espresso machine as requesting individual cups and a barista are time consuming and very inconvenient. Moreover the coffee is usually blah. Perhaps more important, the Nevra should absolutely add complete hand rails and non slip skid pads for all the steps.--- I slipped l on wet steps and broke 3 ribs. I wasn't careless. The steps were slippery from our swimming and sunscreen. Never the less I highly recommend this trip--on the Nevra.

This whole trip was unforgettable—grin-on-your-face-for-days kind of unforgettable. Cycling past vineyards and riverside villages, pedaling at an easy pace, drifting through villages with their pale stone churches, building lasting memories. And then rolling back onto the boat at day’s end to be welcomed with coffee, sweets, and later a feast shared with fellow riders. I am still grinning!
