This was a really great holiday! The people and staff were so nice, the guides were great, the food was amazing and we had really good weather, only one bit of rain!
Lots of people under dressed, for the boat, as it can be windy in the evenings, and many wished they had gloves for the ride.

The Bellezza is a beautiful boat. Proud captain, Ante and his team are extremely service oriented, particularly the two women servers. Staterooms were larger than expected and the beds and showers were very comfortable.
The featured hot tub was not Hot and the upper deck bar area was never utilized for group entertainment or drinks. Such a waste!
Our two cycling guides, Ivan and Marko were highly experienced, professional, informative and safety conscience.
Several of us were dissatisfied with the food provided and the number of meals that we had to purchase on our own. We appreciate that the cuisine was Croatian with a heavy emphasis on potatoes, sauces and carbohydrates but more emphasis on seafood, salads and vegetables would have been preferred. (For one lunch, tuna was so salty that it was inedible and the vegetables were overcooked.) We also would have appreciated having lunch on some of the smaller islands or taking a picnic lunch.
In all, it was an incredible experience through the beautiful Dalmatian Isles.

Tour Guides were excellent. Rooms are very nice. Croatia is beautiful. Dining room is very loud. Food was ok, not as good as other tours we have been on.

Very much enjoyed riding and seeing all the seaside towns and stops as we rode. Just beautiful!

The ability of the captain and crew to change itinerary based on weather and sea conditions. The experience was not detracted from by moving to plan B or C.

Food was great. Boat was very nice - this trip was my third boat/bike trip and the Harmonia was the finest boat yet. Crew was excellent. Guides were excellent. From my perspective of riding road bikes in the Colorado mountains, I found that the e-bikes pretty much leveled the hills. I can see the attraction of e-bikes. I would have liked the riding distances to be longer, but we were riding on islands and that limits riding opportunities somewhat. Our group had a few opportunities to swim off the boat prior to riding. I think that we all ended the week with a 'perma-grin' as a result of the accommodations, the swimming, the easy biking and the gourmet food.

In spite of the weather being extremely hot (end of June), it was a wonderful trip with two excellent guides. The Adriatic was so lovely; I would have liked swimming option stops while on the bike portions. We did have a few swim options from the anchored boat, but generally too much of a current & chop to enjoy. The rides were challenging so we really loved having the Ebikes. Also challenging was the amount of time on loose gravel. We were not alone with that opinion. The food was good, not gourmet, but good enough. Happy to have lots of fruit in the morning. Cabin was very comfortable. Boat was clean & fancy. We very much enjoyed the two guided walking tours of two of the villages. I would recommend this trip; just be mindful of the weather. I’m sure we would have enjoyed it more if it was cooler.

Great trip overall. Especially enjoyed fellow travelers , guides and crew. Some areas fir improvement : good nothing to write home about. Fresher food is suggested. Guide and captain pivoted well when weather changed but had hoped for more off boat swimming versus in harbor hanging out. Bikes very well maintained. We asked about helmets but did not get clear answer do brought our own - a pain. Boat was great.

Split, the hikes on Island Brad and Hvar Island were the most memorable. Our briefing in Split was comprehensive with well organized materials. Villa Toni was wonderful and our host was exceptional in customer service. Villa Nora was nicely located and the hosts were welcoming. Did not enjoy the entire Korcula experience - parts of the hike were okay but some along a major road were not. Nothing to see or do in Korcula. Hotel Liburna was okay - best part was the breakfast. We skipped Day 6 of our itinerary because the travel and hiking seemed uninteresting. Hotel Lapad in Dubrovnik was amazing and wonderfully located away from the touristed areas. Dubrovnik was very expensive and Old Town was jammed with cruise tourists. There were several stop gaps and wait times on this itinerary which were frustrating to us.

Srdan was a great guide. He grew up in Split and had spent a lot of time on the islands visiting grandparents. So he knew all the spots we visited very well. The ride on Korcula was the hardest, but the most spectacular. The sweeping coastal views were great. The rides were very doable with e-bikes, but certainly more challenging if not using an e-bike. Expect a lot of hills, some of which are long and steep. The typical route is up and over to the other side vs. around the exterior of the island. Chances to swim in the Adriatic sea were also great. Croatia doesn't tend to have sandy beaches, but the water is very clean and clear. Beautiful.

We did miss one of the rides on Hvar, due to a weather issue, but were able to do the afternoon ride on the other side of the island. With our guide's knowledge of the islands, he was able to add an extra ride on Brac for us.

Our cabin was above the water line which allowed better airing and easy drying of biking gear on the lines outside. Cabins are small but efficient. Breakfasts were typical European breakfasts and excellent. Would have preferred the ability to make a packed lunch (like we did on the Moselle River trip). Some of our lunches were supplied (instead of dinner) but were dinner sized. A bit too heavy for me, but that might be a Canadian thing. Usually I have a lighter lunch and a bigger dinner. One suggestion, for the operators, would be to add a coffee and tea machine as a complimentary feature. Warm water does not make great tea. Overall this was an excellent trip and I'd recommend it.

Beautiful sites but people need to know that even with E-bikes, it was challenging due to hills. Only complaint was due to noise level , dining experience on board was unpleasant

When weather prevented our captain from sailing to two planned islands on the itinerary, it was Srdan (our guide) who had to revise plans for the day. He did a great job working on the fly!
We had a lovely group of travelers that knew how to have a good time!
The chefs have to be challenged preparing the amount of meals in a confined area. Breakfast was pretty standard every day, with an added boiled egg, scrambled eggs or French toast thrown in as an extra treat. They made an effort to present attractive meals.
It was disappointing not to be able to receive a cup of hot water for tea before bed, and wine is not available by the glass - only bottle.
For the shower you may want to pack a bar of soap. There is only a liquid soap dispenser at the sink.
We read the previous reviews suggesting an eBike. We are very happy we followed this suggestion. One day the ride had an elevation gain of 3K feet and another close to 2K feet.
Overall, we loved this boat/bike tour. Croatia is beautiful and discovering the islands was so much fun!

The scenery while biking and swimming off the boat the first day. If you are going on this trip, you owe it to yourself to try and get in decent biking shape. Even with e-bikes, some of climbs are long and challenging…but definitely worth it!! This is the third bike and barge trip we have done with Tripsite, and the first one that didn’t serve coffee until 7:30 in the morning. We are early risers, as were a few of the other passengers, and not having coffee nor tea available was a disappointment.

Our 2 guides, Philip and Bubi were excellent. Always in great moods, funny and receptive. They did everything to ensure our safety while on the bikes and instructing us in where we were going. Very helpful with arranging Ubers at the end of the trip and taking time with us.

We had a sewer odor in our cabin and the crew had a tendency to leave the door open for the dining room, even though it was 96° outside. They wanted fresh air, even though it was hot air!

Beautiful - not able to bike because of recovering from surgery but everything was pleasing to the eyes. Only downsides was almost all Croatians smoke so the back of the boat that had the best covered seating wasn’t good on the lungs. We had to ask the cook to use less salt.

The tour was great. The staff were very attentive. The guides were helpful.
The breakfast was basic but the lunch and dinners were excellent. The beds are comfortable but the AC could be better esp if traveling when warm. Toiletries are not included so one should bring or buy when you arrive. The bikes are comfortable and really ding thru the countryside was beautiful

I loved the trip between Trieste and Portoroz.
The hotels were good anywhere. If I Can suggest I would prefer bicycles whit shock absorbers. The roads somethimes were very hard.

We most enjoyed the culture of the Croatian North Dalmatia islands and the comradery of the other bikers on the boat with us. We made some lasting friendships on this tour. The Andela Lora is a very comfortable, well appointed vessel and well worth the premium price. Being early in the season, the boat was only about 50% full which added to the comfort. Given the varied terrain and elevations, electric bikes were definitely a plus. Our group had both trekkers and mountain bikers, so the respective stories following our rides were quite enjoyable.

The onboard chef was very talented and the food varied and well prepared. Luka, our waiter, was a joy. The crew and guides were very customer focused and experts at what they do. The guides could have provided a deeper historical perspective prior to and during each ride, but that is my only criticism. They took good care of us. Professional city tours were arranged on multiple occasions (Krk, Zadar, and Rab) and well done.

Be aware of over and above charges including Croatian tourist tax, crew/guide tips, water (fixed per passenger), and bar (coffee, alcohol, soft drinks) that are cash only and can creep up on you with a not so pleasant surprise at the end.

The most memorable part of the trip is the views from the top of the hills of the Adriatic Coast of Croatia. The e-bikes help a lot in reaching these summits, from which you get to swish along on switchbacks as fast as you care to go, into the destination harbor towns.

Croatia is a beautiful and very clean country. The tour of Dalmatia was a fabulous overview of the outside islands. My most memorable part was climbing the uphills on the bikes. Even with an E-Bike it was a lot of work.

I think I would not make a s many stops. I had trouble with my bike, so I would suggest newer bikes.

This trip had been postponed several times so we were really excited about finally getting to bike the islands and explore Croatia. From the experiences we have heard about from people who did this trip in the heat of summer, we knew that we would have a better chance in mid Sept for better weather and riding. That was definitely the case, although there were still some rather hot days.

Which leads to the boat, Romantica. This boat was okay, not great by any means. Small cabins which tended to get musty and damp. And the few days the weather got hot the indoor dining was extremely uncomfortable. The upper deck, unlike many boats, did not have a cover, so other than a few stretching sessions, became rather useless. No outdoor dining options on the boat. I would say the Romantica needs a major retrofit.

The guides, Alan and Ivan, on the other hand were amazing. Just a pleasure to be around and so helpful all week long. They were informative and kept the days interesting.

As others have mentioned, this is NOT bike trail biking. It is streets 99% of the time. Mid Sept was fine. But even the guides said in the summer some of the roads were almost unrideble.

I'd say stay away from July and August and do this trip in either the Spring or Fall.

The scenery and overall experience was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed the boat, the cycling and the guides. The food on he boat while plentiful was mediocre. We had some wonderful meals on the tour when off the boat.

Camaraderie among the bikers from many different countries. Beautiful scenery.

The best part was the international makeup oif our group which booked through Island Hopper (German, Swede, Pole, Hungarian, Canadian, Australian and we 7 Americans.

The lower deck rooms were fine, as we were a bit nervous. The food was more than enough. The two cooks were fabulous, the rides varied. bikes excellent, good gides
