The most enjoyable part of this tour was definitely the bike riding, the company of fellow passengers and enjoying the delicious dinners prepared on board. We felt very comfortable being guided through the beautiful countryside on trails and amazingly narrow roads, stopping at historic sites and learning a little of Dutch traditions.

This was an amazing trip. The guides were very knowledge and enthusiastic. The boat and the crew were excellent and the food was wonderful (too much food!).

Our guys were awesome as well as the crew. They really made the trip enjoyable. Also I really like the E bikes on this trip.

Together, the camaraderie that developed, the amazing vistas we got to see, and the history we learned about the Dalmatian area all made this a memorable trip.

A friend went on a similar tour the week after ours. One of their guides got amazing drone footage that really captured their adventure. If this could be added to this trip it would literally knock this tour out of the park.

Except for one day of peddling through a very industrial area, the scenery along the Rhine was beautiful. For the most part off road on dedicated wide cycle paths. Each evening the tour director/convenor provided an orientation for the route the following day. The food on the barge was excellent. No complaints at all. Very good value.
Note: The cabins at the back of the barge seemed a bit more cramped and noisy.

The staff and the tour guides made this trip awesome. I would have given it a 5, but we were stuck on the boat in Auxerre for the week due to a broken lock on the Yonne river, so I can't rate what we didn't see. That said, our tour guides developed a beautiful series of bike rides based in our near Auxerre (all on the fly). The staff on the boat were awesome too - working together as a team and making relationships with all the guests. I can say with certainty that all 22 guests had a fantastic week.

A superb week! Winny and the team were so well organised and calm making a really enjoyable week for biking and sailing. We loved discovering this part of the Netherlands which we didn't know at all and were able to see and learn a lot about it both with the guides on the bikes and the crew on the boat. An added bonus was the food - exceptional 3 course meals every evening and hearty breakfasts to start the day. A great success!

Our tour guides and staff on the ship were fabulous. Our ship had mechanical issues including air condition failure, generator failure, ice machine failure and generator failure. The ship waived the fuel surcharge to compensate but I was glad I was on an upper deck with a window.

This was an unbelievable and unforgettable trip at every level! The Bellezza is a beautiful yacht that cruises calmly and quietly through the beautiful Croatian water! The Captain and the Crew provide genuine customer care from the navigation and mooring, to the outstanding housekeeping services, and the Food and Beverage staff with the outstanding meals and beverage services. The Bike Tour Guides provided exceptional tour leadership that ensured safety and tons of fun!

Hard to say the most memorable as it was all great. The team was excellent. Each was expert in their roles. The team made for a joyous time. The bikes worked well, the food was great, the cycling was fun.

We really enjoyed our bike and barge thru the Dalmatian Islands. Tripsite was very helpful and great communicators.
Boat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Bikes were in excellent condition, shout out for the e-bikes, couldn’t have done it without them!
Guides were great communicators, guardians and cheerleaders. It was great to have a plan mapped out each morning and evening. We saw unbelievable sights, enjoyed our companions and learned a lot!
Would highly recommend this route and we hope to do another trip next year.

Very friendly and capable crew and bike tour leader. I highly recommend this tour if you are a bike rider. If you're planning on using an electric bike- test ride one mear your home to insure it's good for you.

The scenery and ease of biking through the Netherlands were wonderful. I loved cycling past windmills, canals and wildlife. I loved cycling through marshes and small towns and cities. I loved experiencing bike ferries and bike parking garages.
The tour guides were fun and very helpful. The boat crew was also helpful and worked hard to help us in any way they could. The food was good and the boat was clean and very comfortable.

Overall the trip was wonderful but I only got to ride the bikes one day. You incorrectly described the biking as easy/ moderate. After booking and paying for plane tickets, right before we left, I got information describing the biking as 4/5. I would not have booked this trip if I had known it was not easy. Some other passengers and the guides were also upset. It put us all in a difficult/ dangerous position. I would appreciate a response concerning this matter. Thank you.

We absolutely LOVED this trip! We've done other boat and bike tours before, but this particular trip added another dimension of island hopping and cruising on the open water as well. To visit six islands that while similar all have their own character, and to share the experience in such a small group was so much fun. The island terrain was challenging but the e-bikes made it so manageable. We loved the experience of each day a new adventure, with the evenings in a different port and having the opportunity to wander and explore. Our guides Ana and Mateo were so enthusiastic and full,of energy they brought such fun to the trip. And with their love of their country and their guiding we learned so much about the beautiful,country of Croatia. The captain and the crew were outstanding! I'm sold on the island hopping experience for future biking trips!

The Bellezza is a beautiful and spacious boat with a very professional and helpful staff who all made the week wonderful. Each day was different and each bike ride was fantastic. The Captain of the Bellezza continuously ensured that weather would not hinder our biking and made appropriate adjustments when needed (high winds expected one day). The two bike guides were fantastic and worked well together.

This is the second trip on the Danube we have done. The first was in 2019. The rest days were nice as we had the opportunity to explore some of the cities we didn't have time for the last trip. The weather was outstanding, actually quite warm which unfortunately exposed a weakness in the ships air conditioning. It was quite warm in the bar for the briefings and in the dining room as well. We didn't find the briefing sessions as informative as in past trips, partly because the guide's English was not easy to understand. Some PPT presentations would have helped. As usual the staff was very helpful and professional. The entertainment night was a hit.

For our Intrepid group that bicycles once a year on an overseas trip this was a dream come true! The yacht is just as great as it looks in the pictures. The e-bikes were fantastic the bike leaders were great and the staff on the ship were terrific. Although we did not realize how much Croatia has been found by tours it is still a beautiful country. Very much worth the price.

The other passengers, fellow riders were skilled annd pleasant. August and head server high quality. . Boat clean. Crew AOK. Boat doesn't use sails. Mainsail boom bolted in place and inoperative

Everything on his trip was wonderful! The boat was the best one we have been on, the cabins were large and they had sliding doors that opened to the river, the food was gourmet quality. The rides took us to wonderful cities which we walked through and toured from canal boats. The scenery was delightful and changing every day from river views to farmland and small towns. When we got to Paris one of the guides stayed there and was so helpful in getting us to the places we wanted to see.Like our own personal concierge.

Biking through the national tune forest was the best part for me. But it was all lovely. Except for the discrepancies between the written map and the GPS phone map it was very nice. The food was plentiful.

One suggestion...when serving dinner entrees from whatever country the boat is currently in, please include the type of meat in English (ie: chicken or pork, etc.)

The trip was well organized. The tour guides weee knowledgeable and fun. The food on board the ship was much better than expected. Bike ride wa fantastic.

Wonderful scenery , small villages , the Danube River, the accommodations on the Vivienne were satisfactory .
The staff were friendly and accommodating, our dining room waiter Canon made us feel welcomed and looked after all our needs.Dietary requests were not completely met compared to previous tours.
If we were to compare this tour to a tour on a smaller barge ,as opposed to a larger barge we would definitely opt for a smaller vessel after this experience .

For me, this trip was the perfect blend of biking, island exploration, and time spent enjoying one of the most beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable boats imaginable.

The crew was efficient, accommodating, and attentive throughout the journey. The food was delicious and plentiful, with multiple courses at dinner and wonderful desserts. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone.

The bikes were well maintained and ready each day for our rides. If you've ridden a bike before, you should have no trouble handling the hills with the e-bikes. Each day brought scenery more beautiful than the last. Croatia is a stunning country and should be on everyone's travel list.

The coordination between Tripsite and Island Hopping Bike Tours was seamless. We were fortunate to have perfect weather, great travel companions, and two exceptional guides, Ana and Tara. They were knowledgeable, funny, organized, hardworking, and a genuine pleasure to be around. They truly were the frosting on the cake of an already wonderful trip.

The boat/bike trip was great, but we had great weather which makes a huge difference. The boat was fun, the boat crew were great. Captain Bob was excellent. The service crew was very good. The breakfasts got a little repetitive, but were good. Dinners were also very good…desserts were also basically the same every night, but good. The biking tours with Jordy and Pim were great and they would go above and beyond offering walking tours in the evenings. There were some confusing communications from tripsite that the boat would in fact only accept Euros for the bar bill, but Swedish and Danish money were accepted as well. This confusion cost us a bit in exchange fees that we could have avoided. And on tipping, we stuck with the 5-7% recommendation in Tripsite documentation, but the messaging from the boat staff was kinda higher and confusing. All in all, a wonderful trip.
