Albania is beautiful! The route is amazing and challenging but the guide was very unprofessional. Hence the reason for only 2 stars.

The terrain made this a difficult and technical ride. The word ‘easy’ should not be included in the description.
Also I thought the group size, 21, was too big. It is listed as an e-bike tour but 6 people elected to ride regular bikes, which caused problems on the steep uphill portions.
Except for Porto, the hotels were very nice but we didn’t get much time to enjoy them. There were too many stops during the day but mainly for snacks (provided), rarely did we stop for an actual lunch.

Stopping at the cheese farm was amazing! Even though it was cold, breezy & occasionally rainy, if you have the correct gear you're good. Tim & Hetty were amazing guides. Always compassionate & ready to change course if needed.Barge was lovely. Snacks awaiting our return each day. All the staff were kind & helpful.

· Bruges to Amsterdam Bike Tour
We had a great time on this trip – there were six of us – all riding electric bikes – we were all impressed with the quality of the bikes and there were no breakdowns or flats! The route took us up the scenic coastline and then inland through fields of green littered with baby lambs, ducklings and goslings, calves and colts! It was spring time in Holland! Most of the route is on bike paths, is completely flat, and has beautiful scenery.
We opted for Category A accommodations and all the hotels were great with delicious breakfasts. The luggage transfer was smooth each day and was always there before we arrived. The Guido app got us right to our hotels very day with the exception of a couple of detours where Google Maps helped out. The logistics of this tour were excellent.
I have taken five tours through Tripsite and once again I was very impressed with the partner company chosen and tour provided. Would definitely recommend this tour to others considering biking in the Netherlands.

Everything was top notch. The quaint hotel in a charming little French village had great accommodations. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast included meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, breads and croissants. Very hearty meal before heading out to ride. The evening meals were varied and all prepared by the restaurant's chef. We enjoyed every meal and the interaction with the staff. Claudia, our host, fitted us for our bikes and met with us each morning after breakfast to go over the routes. She was very thorough and we had no trouble finding our way. The routes were spectacular as they traversed the French countryside with beautiful views and a couple were Tour de France routes. Recommendations for lunch stops were excellent and we enjoyed meeting the local residents. Even though our trip was self--guided, Claudia was always a phone call away if needed. Will definitely return again.

· Camino de Santiago E-Bike Tour
I think this trip was rated easy to moderate, but due to some difficult terrain it was hard at times and seemed somewhat dangerous. I wasn’t aware before the trip that more than 50% of the terrain would be off road biking. I could cope with it but many of those on the trip found it difficult to manage at times.
The tour leaders were excellent but the mix of non electric bike amongst the electric bikes could also be difficult at times. Several members of the tour mentioned that if they knew beforehand what the riding would be like they would not have taken this trip. It should be made very clear what the cyclist should expect. Some days seemed longer than necessary due to many frequent stops for coffee and restrooms which meant we had little to no time to enjoy the nice towns we were staying in. All hotels were great except for the first night in Porto which was in a strange part of town away from the bike garage(long walks needed to get there) and the unfriendly staff on the front desk.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing and wonderful. I wouldn’t change a thing!!! First, if you’re going to bike in a foreign country you can’t beat the Netherlands. The tour really took you through the most beautiful countryside and the lovely small Dutch towns away from the heavy tourist spots. Technically, the GPS guidance was needed and perfect. We’ll be back :)

A wonderful immersive tour of the heart of Portugal. Great biking, beautiful landscapes, cooking classes. The accommodations were great as was the food. Interesting tours (cathedrals, caves, cork factory, cactus farm). Everyone everywhere went was so inviting and hospitable. We had an amazing guide who made sure we had an amazing tour. It was truly a great and memorable trip and left us feeling we had truly experienced Portugal. This trip left us wanting to return to further explore Portugal.

Outstanding! Beautiful scenery everywhere: wonderful towns, hotels, and meals. For a 74yrnokd grandma and her two teenage grandsons it was a perfect mix of challenge without exhaustion. Navigating was easy with detours easily found when we experienced a flat tire. My only complaint is that we didn’t have enough time in some towns. I’d like to take the tour again a day between certain cities in order to explore. Because we didn’t know how long it would take us to get from place to place we didn’t take advantage of some of the off route towns and sites.

- How did the difficulty level compare to your expectations?
- It was perfect. We wanted to avoid lots of wind and potential rainy weather which we did. It was 4C when we left each day in multiple layers by the time we arrived usually by 3-4pm we had shed them. Gravel roads were mostly dirt roads and easy to navigate. Most of the time we were the only people on the paths for hours at a time. It was heaven.

My stay in the Loire Valley was very satisfactory. The arrangement of staying in a single hotel while visiting the region's iconic castles provided a high level of comfort and convenience. To ensure constant connectivity and to manage my travel logistics between sites, I relied on WingReserve.com website. This approach is an excellent option for those looking to explore French heritage at a steady and well-organized pace.

· Tuscany - Pisa & Florence
The e-bikes we had were sturdy, the batteries powerful and we never got close to fully depleting them on a day's cycle. In particular the route finding app with its spoken commands and detailed map was great. Much better than the written route description we have had on previous bike tours. Mostly on small secondary roads, gravel tracks (quite bumpy) and cycle paths, the times we were cycling on major roads was hazardous. No injuries, though I was nearly wiped out by a car on a round-about.

· Bruges to Amsterdam Bike Tour
The four of us had a wonderful time!
The route was beautiful, bringing us past windmills, canals, fields of tulips, beautiful villages, lambs, and the seaside. The Guibo app was helpful and we could rely on it to guide us, but it did have a couple glitches and I would have liked to have more trip data: distance travelled, distance left, speed. We hit a couple of unexpected detours and had to reroute, but we were lucky enough to not have to add too much distance to our day.
Our Category A hotels were clean and cozy, with generous breakfast buffets and friendly staff. We enjoyed the location of most of them. Our least favorite city was Papendrecht, as there wasn't much to see and do around the hotel. Had we known beforehand, we would have had a wander and dinner in Dordrecht before taking the ferry to Papendrecht, as Dordrecht had a lot more to see and do. Our bad for not checking beforehand, but we didn't expect it after all the other fabulous, centrally located accommodations.
The luggage service was efficient and our luggage was at destination most of the time by the time we arrived, arriving by 5 pm on the two days they were not already there.
I would say the bicycles were where we weren't totally happy.
2 of us had no issues (one regular men's bike, and one women's electric), and were very happy with their bikes. We all appreciated having the front panier, the cell phone holder and the saddle bag. However, my partner's bicycle was not well fitted for him. At 6' 3", he had to be very careful not to hit his crotch on the bar every time he dismounted. His handlebars were also loose and they slid downwards every time he put his weight on them to get going. Not optimal. We tried adjusting them, but it only made the problem slightly better. For me, the bicycle was just big and heavy, but I'm used to cycling on a carbon road bike. An option for an upgrade to a lighter bicycle would have been great, as well as some mechanism to switch an ill fighting, poorly adjusted bicycle for my partner.
All in all, we definitely recommend this trip. It was well organized and good value for the money.
Dates of travel in early April, between 6° and 20°C, no rain until we got to Amsterdam.

It was a great trip and exactly what we hoped for. Lovely bike rides, a lot of diversity in the towns and hotels. Every thing was easy and well organized.
I wish I had asked to make sure we hit one market in the towns we stayed and visited. Also, wish that one hotel had a hot tub or spa.

It was a great family trip, our third trip with Tripsite. One of the bikes wasn't working properly, and we followed the instructions/support for adjustments. We ended up losing some time with that, but it was eventually resolved. The hotels were very good, some stretches of road were very nice, and others not so much. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, the hotel was quite far from the center, which was tiring. In short, another positive experience!

Lucila, our hostess was awesome: She was so helpful, very informative and so kind.. When I needed help with arranging an in-country air flight, every detail was handled by her without hesitation.Everytime our group needed anything, she was always willing to help.. .
Jullian, was an exceptional host, who spent quality time with us, from his expert grilling skills, to arranging a relaxing day of kayaking, he did not disappoint.. His warm personality made this trip a more special one..

This was a fabulous bike tour--the scenery, the food, the guides. If you arrive in Bariloche before the tour, be sure to hike Cerra Campanario for a scenic overview of the area you will bike. Our e-bikes had fat tires and front supension which helped on the gravel roads. As we traversed many national parks, the snow-capped mountains were spectacular and the lakes so blue. Two ferry rides were highlights of the trip, It was springtime with lots of wildflowers and perfect temps for biking. Our accomodations were mostly top-notch. I can't say enough about our guides and van-driver. They provided information on history and the natural environment --saw a condor and a monkey-puzzle tree! Lunch was always a welcome stop with a table set with nutritious foods (always fresh lettuce, fruits and vegetable), chairs to sit in along a scenic river or lake! Dinners at the hotels were also delicous. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

· Catalonian Flavors of the Mediterranean
We learned about trip site from friends who are avid bikers and really enjoyed this particular tour. We are three friends in our late 40s/early 50s who like to be active but are not avid bicyclists. Due to schedule constraints, we did this trip in early November 2025. If we were to do this trip again, we would likely do it a little earlier in the fall or in the spring. It sounded like the summer could be quite warm and very crowded for biking.
We enjoyed the trip and felt that it was very well organized. We chose to do regular hotels and not spend the money on fancier accommodations, which was perfect for us. The hotels were pretty nice for three star hotels, and the breakfasts were outstanding almost every day. If you are traveling as a single person, you may find your room quite small in comparison to the double rooms and sometimes not as conveniently located in the hotel.
Otherwise, we had a lovely time. Our E bikes were very nice and extremely comfortable the entire time. Hotel staff clearly had experience with trip site in the past as they were always able to make sure our bikes were safe and stored well.
The directions on GPS were almost always accurate, but like some have said sometimes the right turn actually meant a left turn!
Otherwise, the scenery is stunning and we appreciated that most of the drive was not on roads. We also appreciated having suggestions as to what to see during the trip trips. One thing we would likely not do again was visit la Viñyetta. It felt disorganized and also expensive for what was offered to us during our visit.
We did have one day where it rained, and we chose not to bike, staff were prompt to pick us up along with our bikes and drive us without difficulty!
Overall, we would do the trip again, and we would use trip site again for our bicycling adventures!

· Castles of the Loire
I really enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the route and the way the app kept us on track. The castle visits were lovely. I do think the final day ride (55 km) paired with two castle visits was unrealistic. We ended up not doing the ride due to high winds, and even using taxis to get to the two castles, the trip took all day. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the tour operators--promptly getting us a new bike when one malfunctioned and being flexible about the bike pick-up at the end of the trip. However, I think communication could have been better and clearer. For example, we were told that the bikes would be available on Sunday and we were waiting for them to be delivered when in fact they had been put in the hotel's bike garage the day before. Instructions on how to access extras included in the tour (e.g., a wine tasting) were not provided. Thank you for facilitating a wonderful trip!

The locations on this tour are fantastic, from tiny towns and ancient villages, fields of grapes, olives and cork, to medieval castles and cathedrals. That being said, it was the people made this tour awesome. Bernardo, our guide, and Sonia, our support person, were outstanding. Both are very knowledgeable about the region and Portugal, and all logistics were seamless—they are a great team who put us all at ease. The hotels and meals were a highlight, we stayed in 2 converted convents, one of which was like staying in a museum but with a 4-star hotel inside! The restaurants that our guide chose were authentic and charming, the food and service were amazing. We sampled many local specialties and locally produced wines. Our guides dined with us, answering all of our questions about the food and region. The e-bikes were top notch, and any small issues were handled promptly by Bernardo. This is such a great way to see a country, very different than what most tourists will experience, we loved it!
