This tour manages to curate some of the best. The accommodations happen to be some of the best too from those must do beachfronts to the highly regarded Castanheiro hotel in Funchal. So basically it’s a pretty classy tour package. Now, for the hardline: especially for the risk adverse Americans, who might be reading this. These hikes are only for experienced hikers. Experience means having strong enough joints for very long, extremely steep and very narrow trails over potentially lethal drop offs. We have Vibram soled, lightweight hiking shoes to navigate the stones and steps and narrow causeways where a slip is not an option. We use a carbide tip quality hiking pole. We were absolutely dependent on the Ride with GPS app when the fog closed in on the trails on the high mountain. With that in mind, we found these well marked routes and trails to be some of the most beautiful in the world. Lush with flowers in early June, punctuated by waterfalls adjacent to moss clad rock walls, those drop offs give breathtaking views. The logistics are wonderful to have a ride to the trailhead where parking can become impossible. The guide book was decent yet yet not too detailed and allowed for some fun surprises. But, you must follow the warnings about trail closures to avoid hefty fines and fatalities. We did discover that it was best on the very last day to hike from the overlook point up to the village to the restaurant O Forno, and the coffee shop Legal Gato for what may have been the best cup of coffee we ever had anywhere in the world. The taxi driver was happy to pick us up from there instead of the trailhead. We suggest you utilize these drivers for post hiking activities, such as this when you can.
Funchal is fantastic and worth spending additional time thereafter this tour. From Funchal, we suggest the Pico to Pico Trail for the most hard-core hikers or taking the ferry to Porto Santo for beach R&R, and biking and hiking all over this smaller island. The taxis are fabulous. Bus system easy. Don’t hire a car. It’s ‘impossible’ to drive and park on these islands. Too many bad drivers already.

Cycling in Albania was probably my most favorite trip with Tripsite (this is our fifth). The country and the people were amazing.
We received more pre information than everyone else who didn’t book with Tripsite. Looking back there was some things people have to take into consideration when traveling there. This country is just beginning to develop its tourism as well as leaving behind its communist roots. Some places we stayed were not as nice as other countries we have visited. That said, if you look at the cost to travel within it is truly a win. The electric bikes had issues from time to time but our guide and driver always did repairs or swap out when necessary.
The food was outstanding throughout and the riding although challenging at times, was worth every view. Get some seat time in and go visit a beautiful country before it gets too crowded.

I just loved the bike trip on the Danube. It's a gorgeous river and huge in places. Loved the wide bike path along both sides of the river. So many cute towns, vineyards, churches, and cafes long the way. Vienna was a fun town to bike in and we loved the rose gardens. The path was flat so we were comfortable with the regular 8 speed bike. The food was good on the tour and liked we could pack a lunch in the morning. Lots of fun people and the staff was terrific! Good value for the cost of the trip!

The trip was excellent. Exactly as advertised. I want to give a special shoutout to the Tripsite customer support team. We had a couple of unexpected family/personal issues that came up just before and during the tour, and that required some accommodations. The Tripsite support team was responsive, supportive, and flexible. That made a big difference for us.

Thanks to Carla Sprout and her staff we were able to Charter the Bellezza for 27 friends and all called it a trip of a lifetime. Even our two non-bikers had a blast and our group is planning another cruise in 2027.

Excellent Bikes. Gorgeous cycling routes. We guarantee that you will love Lanzarote after this tour. Add on extra nights in Playa Blanca to take the ferry to Fuerta Ventura, and Los Lobos Islands.
From Arrecife bus to Orzola and ferry to Grasciosa Island. This agency can accommodate any extra days at any of the excellent tour point cities and villages and it is well worth the time to do so.
We found the Canary Island food to be not only gourmet great delicious but fantastic fuel for cycling, swimming, and touring. The local cheeses and fruits, vegetables, avocados, onions, delectable pastries and meats, as well as the wines are highly flavorful from these volcanic soils. We truly love Lanzarote now. This absolutely unforgettable tour is worth repeating. A great value indeed.

Our guys were awesome as well as the crew. They really made the trip enjoyable. Also I really like the E bikes on this trip.

Together, the camaraderie that developed, the amazing vistas we got to see, and the history we learned about the Dalmatian area all made this a memorable trip.

A friend went on a similar tour the week after ours. One of their guides got amazing drone footage that really captured their adventure. If this could be added to this trip it would literally knock this tour out of the park.

Except for one day of peddling through a very industrial area, the scenery along the Rhine was beautiful. For the most part off road on dedicated wide cycle paths. Each evening the tour director/convenor provided an orientation for the route the following day. The food on the barge was excellent. No complaints at all. Very good value.
Note: The cabins at the back of the barge seemed a bit more cramped and noisy.

A superb week! Winny and the team were so well organised and calm making a really enjoyable week for biking and sailing. We loved discovering this part of the Netherlands which we didn't know at all and were able to see and learn a lot about it both with the guides on the bikes and the crew on the boat. An added bonus was the food - exceptional 3 course meals every evening and hearty breakfasts to start the day. A great success!

Kristen did a wonderful job helping us plan our trip and then executing the logistics. The bikes were first-rate, and when we did have a problem with one, it was quickly swapped out.

Three things impressed me that were different from our last trip with Tripsite.
1. The Tripsite app was superb and quickly replaced a paid bike app I had planned to use. We also liked the local city tour guides in the app.
2. We chose to take a day off every 3 to 4 days and upgraded our lodgings for those double-night stays to Deluxe Accommodations, which we found very nice and greatly appreciated. I want to clarify that you offer two accommodation levels: deluxe and superior. To me, the wording seems reversed: "superior" typically implies a higher level than "deluxe," but here "deluxe" was the better accommodations.
3. The food was delicious throughout the trip. At times, it felt as much like a food tour as a biking adventure, making the experience very memorable.

The biking was perfect and mostly on small roads and paths. This is a beautiful countryside and we loved our tour! I hope to book another trip soon. I would highly recommend it to friends!

This was an unbelievable and unforgettable trip at every level! The Bellezza is a beautiful yacht that cruises calmly and quietly through the beautiful Croatian water! The Captain and the Crew provide genuine customer care from the navigation and mooring, to the outstanding housekeeping services, and the Food and Beverage staff with the outstanding meals and beverage services. The Bike Tour Guides provided exceptional tour leadership that ensured safety and tons of fun!

We had a great time on our Catalonian tour. The biking was amazing, hotel stays were fabulous, sites were incredible, and the time together was priceless. We went from Girona to Figueres - but if we had to do it again, we’d recommend going from Figueres to Girona. We also stayed two nights in Palafrugell - which was a perfect spot for two nights!!! The tapas experience bar there was amazing Calau, mmm! So were Puig park and Goflet beaches. Great spot for two nights. The accommodations were all good, but the better spots imo were in Palafrugell and SFdG - thus saving them for the end of the trip seems more ideal in hindsight. Tripsite team was super accommodating and helpful and the Catalonian group were also fabulous - big thanks to Vega for getting us all set up and squared away. :)
Two things to note, check the app out in advance. Helpful intel on sites to see along the way, vs going to your destination. And two, if you want to visit wineries - some aren’t open until after 4, so be aware of that on your schedule or have tripsite book.
Overall, would highly recommend this experience. All of these locations would be hard to get to by car for people worried about driving on a foreign country, biking made it so in reach and it was an incredible 5star, life impacting experience. Thank you to the people of Spain for the hospitality and generosity and for preserving such incredible historical sites.

Hard to say the most memorable as it was all great. The team was excellent. Each was expert in their roles. The team made for a joyous time. The bikes worked well, the food was great, the cycling was fun.

We had a couple of picnics out in the countryside in wonderful spots. Sometimes you can find a nice picnic table in a perfect spot. We would go to a grocery store before leaving and pick up a baguette and snacks. It was wonderful. There are also cafes and restaurants on the way for other days.

We really enjoyed our bike and barge thru the Dalmatian Islands. Tripsite was very helpful and great communicators.
Boat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Bikes were in excellent condition, shout out for the e-bikes, couldn’t have done it without them!
Guides were great communicators, guardians and cheerleaders. It was great to have a plan mapped out each morning and evening. We saw unbelievable sights, enjoyed our companions and learned a lot!
Would highly recommend this route and we hope to do another trip next year.

Very friendly and capable crew and bike tour leader. I highly recommend this tour if you are a bike rider. If you're planning on using an electric bike- test ride one mear your home to insure it's good for you.

We absolutely LOVED this trip! We've done other boat and bike tours before, but this particular trip added another dimension of island hopping and cruising on the open water as well. To visit six islands that while similar all have their own character, and to share the experience in such a small group was so much fun. The island terrain was challenging but the e-bikes made it so manageable. We loved the experience of each day a new adventure, with the evenings in a different port and having the opportunity to wander and explore. Our guides Ana and Mateo were so enthusiastic and full,of energy they brought such fun to the trip. And with their love of their country and their guiding we learned so much about the beautiful,country of Croatia. The captain and the crew were outstanding! I'm sold on the island hopping experience for future biking trips!

The Bellezza is a beautiful and spacious boat with a very professional and helpful staff who all made the week wonderful. Each day was different and each bike ride was fantastic. The Captain of the Bellezza continuously ensured that weather would not hinder our biking and made appropriate adjustments when needed (high winds expected one day). The two bike guides were fantastic and worked well together.
