What a wonderful way to experience this part of Italy! Such a variety of scenery, from endless vineyards and apple orchards to forest trails and mountain villages. Each day was unique.

The hotels were amazing – the wellness centers were always a welcome treat after a long day of walking. The app was so easy to follow and gave us shorter or less challenging route options when we wanted them.

Overall, a fantastic experience!

This was our 5th bike barge trip and we ranked it #1. Great sites and tours, great food, great boat and accommodations, amazing staff and guides (Ronald and Frans) on the Magnifique IV.

This was a great tour, very well organized and executed by the tour team, headed by Jordy and Kris on the bikes and Bob as captain of the ship. The ship was beautiful and clean, the bikes excellent, and the places visited, memorable. Food on board was excellent. Would go again.

Daniel and Kevin made our bike trip incredibly special and memorable. We felt very well taken care of and just had a ton of joy with all of the experiences. It only made us want to do another trip again soon.

We enjoyed our tour and especially Felipe our guide. Sergio also was above and beyond very helpful with providing medical assistance for supples for my Type 1 diabetes. Our guide Felipe was very attentive to our dietary needs during our daily rides.
All of our lodging experiences were above our expectation's, wonderful breakfasts. However it would have been beneficial for our guide to be staying in the same hotels.
Having time to have more experiences within the cities we stayed at, perhaps a few guided tour options in the evenings.
Bike tour scenery was amazing and the overall bike ride was challenging.

Biking was ideal as along bike paths 90% of the time. The weather was wonderful. Bike staff were great getting bikes out everyday.

Riding through the countryside and small Austrian communities was amazing. This was such a unique way to see the scenery. The MS Vivviene was very comfortable. The staff and food were great. Five course meals were exceptional.

Excellent experience. I traveled alone from Colombia. I took the Prague to Passau tour. Communication was excellent, as was the bike (I requested a gravel bike). The hotels were good; they were all bike-friendly (they had a designated area to park the bike). Highly recommended.
You really need at least one more day in Prague. Also, Cesky Krumlov is a lovely city, would reach as soon as possible to aproach the day.

This was our first bike and barge trip and it EXCEEDED all expectations!!! The Ave Maria ITALIA was a beautiful boat with a spacious cabin for storing all luggage -we were on the upper deck, having 2 large portholes-one that opened slightly for fresh air, even though that was never needed. The chefs, Danny and Michaela always served us the highest quality of dinners/meals and the self serve breakfasts were substantial and delicious. We enjoyed packing our box lunch each morning for the day’s adventures. Our 2 guides, Sylvia (lead) and Pietro were top notch!! Having a lead bike and end (sweep) kept us all safe, regardless the speed of individual riders, which most of our 30 person group chose e-bikes. The (level easy) rides were always flat with slight variations of road conditions (paved, gravel) and all bikers were happy and confident. At times when we entered the busier towns along the way, our EXCEPTIONALLY skilled and personable guides kept everyone safe, navigating us all through many turns to get us to the town centre for our scheduled stops. Many times we had ‘surprise’ stops for tourist interest spots which were highlights!! Can’t say enough about this tour, especially ending in Venice as a finale, just blew our minds. And our entire crew, all spectacular in their own right, Captain Yano, techy Samuele kept the boat in perfect condition functionally and throughout the entire navigational route —-this was a vacation that will remain HIGH in our memories and already starting to plan our NEXT bike and barge trip!! Thank you all, thank you, Tripsite!!!

The most memorable part was the camaraderie that we saw and felt with the staff. The Capt., the Chef and sous chef, the engineer and the two Tour Guide guides were absolutely amazing.

The views between Krems and Melk were stunning. I highly recommend getting a guide as ours. Axel, was very knowledgeable.

The food on the barge was very plentiful and the staff was very cohesive and fun. I recommend the experience entirely.

The island rides were fabulous, through the interiors, along the waterfronts and through the olive groves and vineyards. The rides were well organized, the guides excellent, and the insight into the topography and history informative.

Amazing Trip!

We enjoyed the bike ride. The description of the trip was very accurate. The accommodations were also as described.

We had the absolute best time on our recent bike and barge trip aboard the Ave Maria, cycling from Venice to Mantova.
Thanks to Chef Alberto and his assistant Sylvia, the meals on board were outstanding. Captain Bughi and tech engineer Fabio ensured smooth sailing and maintained the barge. Our cycling guides, Silvia and Pietro, were phenomenal—expertly navigating us through gorgeous countryside and charming villages with high energy and smiles every day. What truly made the week special, though, was the crew's collective attitude; everyone consistently went above and beyond, pitching in across all aspects of the trip to ensure our cycling holiday was absolutely fabulous.

I love the option of Viking and sightseeing. The open CU was fantastic and well organized.

The bike path was very interesting and varied, even with 80% being on gravel. Loved riding beside the Inn River every day. It became a faithful friend. The accommodation was great quality and well chosen for an enjoyable meal each evening. The rides around St Moritz lakes on the first day was a treat. Riding late September meaning it was very cold on the bikes until around 12pm. Highly recommend the ride.

I loved riding through the countryside. I also appreciated the bike paths and few cars.

A fabulous trip. So educational. Learned so much about the history of Eastern Europe and Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Bikes were good. Guide was great - as support for bikes as well as a historical guide. Wonderful group with Hennie. Loved it all.

Seeing and riding through there countrysides. Meeting other fun people. Having a great birthday celebration fort someone in our group.
The amount of information provided to us could have been better.

What incredible scenery! From the windmills, through charming small villages and beautiful farmland, this ride had a little bit of everything! Don't forget to stop at the strawberry vending machines - these were some of the best strawberries we ever had! The ice cream vending machine at the dairy was pretty terrific, as well. The ride was pretty flat as expected. We used E bikes, which helped when it became a bit windy.

We were unable to do the Rhine portion of the trip due to low flows but it certainly wasn't missed. The trip along the Mosel was fabulous with its beautiful villages, castles, steep-slope vineyards, wineries, beer gardens and churches. The staff manning the boat were truly outstanding! The evening meals were above and beyond anything we typically eat (think high class restaurant) and even the morning meals were great. This was our second bike and barge trip, the first was along the Danube but I loved them equally as much. The bicycle riding routes took us through beautiful country. We used non-electric bikes but electric bikes might be recommended if you chose to go up to the castles located in the hills.

How personal the staff and crew were.
Where quick to respond to any questions and enjoyed their jobs. Which made my experience enjoyable.

We really liked out time in Rovinj. We liked having time to swim there and the lovely walking tour.

Another highlight was the walking tour in Pula where we got up close to the Amphitheater and ancient walls.

A third highlight was when we stopped to investigate the 1970's hotel owned by Penthouse Magazine owner. We really enjoyed the graffiti and chance to explore on our own. I could have spent more time.

A great experience, the ship & ship staff were top notch and the guides were excellent.

The scenery, the staff on our four masted ship, the food was all top notch.

The scenery was amazing especially the last 2 days. Really enjoyed visiting the small towns along the coast.

The tour gide (Filipe) was really nice and did an excellent job! However on the day of the meeting in Porto (day 1) there was a miscommunication with the TripSite local partner as they informed the riders that they will meet us at the Trindade hotel lobby but then they were actually waiting at the cycle shop. Luckily I contacted them after 30min and then we had to take a walk to the bicycle shop.

Also a pity that our tour guide had to leave the group on 2 evenings to collect bicyles from other clients and return it to Porto to the TripSite local partner. One would think that he would be available to help us with translations in the restaurant during dinner settings. The guide in the vehicle was really hungry. We had to make long lunch stops - 2 hours on the one day! He always have full meals whereas we preferred light and quick meals. This guy (Ivo) also helped himself with bread when the waiter served it - before any of the riders who are clients could have bread. Really not well mannered.
We would have preferred to arrive early in the small towns to have time to walk a bit in the town for sight seeing but due to long lunch stops we did not have time at at least 2 small towns. It only improved after we all complaint. A pity.

Other than this all was good. Thank you for a memorable trip.

The biking was great. I enjoyed the biking. The routes were good and the scenery phenomenal!

We loved the farm experience- Teresa and her staff were wonderful. Excellent meal preparations, especially by Dina. It was comfortable, cozy...dogs, pool, car museum- all added to the charm.
Routes were comfortable, and ebikes were very helpful. I would modify, give more instructions or add a hand-held map to make the directions easier to follow.
I would highly recommend this trip!

Excellent guides and staff - they all worked together well.
