The crew on the Princess and the tour guide were exceptional! We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped aboard. The evening programs were very entertaining, which after riding all day it was nice to relax and enjoy the show. We were well taken care of.

We weren’t able to cruise to Bratislava or Budapest because of low waster. However, the crew worked extra hard to make sure we had a great experience. The cycling was great. The food and accommodations exceeded my expectations.

The dining experience provided by chef Peter was awesome. The captain, Winnie, and her fist mate, Marije, displayed great skill in piloting the boat and made all the guests confident in their ability to maneuver the boat. The hosts, Hille and Marije, were very accommodating at meeting all the guests needs. The bike tour guides, Anneke and Hester, were informative about the local area and always aware of the riders abilities.

Great way to see the real Mallorca away from the tourist beaches etc

Fantastic trip. Good routes with easy to follow gps cues. Our luggage arrived each day before we reached the hotel. Lovely little towns along the way. The e-bikes performed flawlessly.

Great mix of people from so many different countries. The food was delicious, but there was way too much of it. I felt very wasteful. Especially the first night, a 9 course meal starting at 8:00pm was way too much.

Great new friends. Good food. Monika and Uwe were great hosts.

The crew was fabulous! Accommodations comfortable. Food was a good match for the price. The biking was as advertised.

The entire cruise was outstanding. From the whole crew to the food we ate, everything was great. The bike trips were awesome too. Special shoutout to all involved with doing our laundry since we unfortunately did most of the cruise with limited clothing due to lost luggage. We had a group of ten on the ship and everyone had a great time. Thank you.

Right from the start arranging this trip was a positive experience. Lukas was great at going through the information, setting up the Ride with GPS and our bikes but also at promptly responding to any queries we had along the way. The route was well designed and picturesque. We did the suggested walk to Bastei Brücke and would recommend this. Even though we chose self guided we soon met people riding the same route and at times in the same accomodation with us. Luggage transfers were well organised and I would recommend limiting your baggage weight as several of the hotels we carried bags up several flights of stairs. Lots of options for stopping along the way and for restaurants and cafes. Excellent designed trip.

This trip was absolutely amazing in so many ways from the scenery to the small towns to the friendly people we met along the way to the yummy food (freshest muscles hands down straight off the boat, tasty cheese (Gouda - now I know pronounced "HOW-DAH" :) & that mouthwatering delicious chocolate - WOW WOW WOW) - Absolutely MAGICAL especially the 2nd e-biking day Gouda/Oudewater to Papendrecht/Dordrecht riding through the famous windmills - Everything was fantabulous :)

The only caveat would be a few areas where we had to e-bike through long stretches parallel to highways, however, the backroad biking and quaint towns along with countryside cycling made up for this downside.

All in all, it was a blissful trip that we will never forget - This girl's soulful cup is FULL :)

This tour was changed last minute to Auvers to Moret due to drought conditions. It wasn’t as scenic as original. But the Claire de Lune was clean (our cabins were small but air conditioned!), her crew AMAZING, and our guide full of energy & enthusiasm. The chef was excellent x delicious food! The group on our tour was great, we all bonded quickly. Riding thru Paris was a little insane & scary but also invigorating and challenging - we all survived! Lol. My only complaint is the bikes have no bottle cages so you can only drink water when we stop, I sip constantly so that was a struggle. But overall, I would do it again!

I really enjoyed the Prague-Krakow tour: I had the blessing of meeting an outstanding group of Aussies who bécame family during the trip . We cycled many smooth lanes and visited countless rural Villages. The hotels were very good and the off the beaten track suggestions were worth the visit . Poland was my first time visit and it was lovely to do it by bike . I felt in love with the country , its respectful people willing to help you Albeit the language barrier, their valúes , their history. Poland is an absolute fem. Thank you Tripsite for making it happen

The roads and scenery was incredible, the logistics, hotels and cycle paths were unvelievable

The crew, Ivan and Nikola, and guides, Mateo and Martina, were absolutely wonderful. They made ever effort to ensure we had a great time and all of our needs were met. The daily itinerary was perfect for most - most days was a hearty breakfast, then 2+ hours of challenging but not impossible biking throughout gorgeous scenery, then back to the boat for swim in the amazing Adriatic. The towns were welcoming and not crowded. The Capitan had to adjust the course due to weather, and it all worked out fine. The chefs made delicious home cooked meals. We had a below deck cabin, and it was just fine. Nothing fancy, but we didn't need that because we spent our waking moments on the boat on the sundeck, salon or bar. It was perfect for us - people who love to bike, swim, eat, and drink with good companionship.

Beautiful islands, boat, people, food…. Couldn’t ask for any more!

Loved the charming and ornate small towns especially Telc and biking in Moravia during fall wine harvest to palaces in Valtice and Lednice. Would highly recommend an e-bike because the hills were long and many steep. Premium accommodations were always good and available when we rolled into town even when earlier than check in time. Support personnel (Lucas,Klara, and others) were fabulous and always answered our questions quickly and offered suggestions such as swapping last 2 days so we didn’t miss the UNESCO sites in Valtice and Lednice when we decided to go directly to Vienna on last day. We often took suggested shorter routes but found them still to be challenging (hilly!!) but e-bikes helped a lot. Loved the countryside fields and cool forests. One in our self- guided group did not have an e-bike but managed the hills with a lot of effort and some stopping to take a break. Would highly recommend but caution there are lots of hills and often share road with cars, albeit less traveled roads.

We were supposed to do the Mosel but lack of water changed us to the Netherlands. Boat was very comfortable, chef was great and staff very warm and helpful. Owner graciously transported us to the starting point from our original location as well as back to the endpoint so that we could make our connections.

The scenery was special..Route gave a taste of the lakes , towns & cities and uplands without being a very difficult cycling experience

Our guide, Ana, brought the local history and culture to life through her vast knowledge and love of Croatia. Everyone on the crew was friendly and effective at their jobs. Beautiful country, coastal towns, etc.

My two favorite components of this tour were the stunning views & the cozy intimate meals spent with old & new friends. This tour was like no other, it was the perfect way to experience Chile for the first time. I am convinced that exploring Chile through a culinary journey is the best choice for any traveler. This tour in particular allows you to experience the culture first hand, never did I feel like a tourist on this trip. I promise you will not come home the same as you left.

My wife and I set out on this trip not sure what to expect - WOW, we were blown away by the experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone. From the boat to the crew to the other guests, everything was great! I also felt the amount of bike riding was well balanced with downtime, exploring the cities we visited, and other activities. It was a good value for money, considering food, lodging, and activities for 8 days.

The scenery was so beautiful and the trip was well planned, Our back up van driver Igor was so helpful and kind, He worked so hard to make the trip perfect. Haviing never vacation in the Baltics, we were swept away by it's beauty, and peacefulness. Not huge crowds, beautiful bike paths, delicious foods, and very helpful residents. We would definitely recommend this tour. We are in our 80's and have taken over 20 tours with Tripsite, and have never been dissatisfied.

This is our fifth trip on the Merlijn in 10 years. The ship and crew have improved the service and accommodations steadily over those years. I would heartily recommend their trips for those looking for a small ship experience.
