This was a most beautiful memorable lifetime trip . I am recommending to all .all of the staff on the sailing home were superb. You felt most comfortable as if you are in your own home and the cycling tour guide was exceptional. The chef gave us such wonderful meals. The skipper and the support staff were so kind and superb.

Everything was great, especially the boat staff and the food !

Biking guides were kind, knowledgeable and well organized.

The bicycles were new and of great quality. They fitted everybody with an appropriately sized bike.

Touring through the countryside of The Netherlands in the spring was fabulous. The routes were better than we anticipated. We even got to put our feet in the North Sea.The GPS App was really useful for see where you were even though we had a guide.

The food was exceptionally good. An on board chief prepared a different mean every night. We even got to dine with the Captain!

We are talking about doing another trip sooner than later. We only did a 5 day tour as the 7 day was booked. We would recommend the 7 day. 5 days is too short.

Highly recommend the Bike and Boat operators of the Magnificent II & III! Very professional and customer focused!

This 13 day tour from Porto to Lisbon took us through rural villages, forests, farmland and quaint countryside as well as absolutely incredible coastal views. Stopping along the way at little local cafes for lunch was one of my favorite parts of the day. Between the scenery, the food, the routes, the wine and the bikes, it was one of the best European tours we have experienced. Sergio and his staff were excellent in taking care of every detail to ensure our trip was amazing, and it was.

The countryside was breathtaking and our guide Ed Kimmel was so knowledgeable about his country and so proud to be Dutch.

My suggestions are:
For people 5’2” or shorter need a better bike fit. The seat and handlebars must be adjusted so you can reach the seat with your foot on the ground.

Suggestion for peddlers to ride together and electric bikes together but all in the same group. The peddlers need momentum the e bikes do not so it’s difficult when the riders are mixed.

Loved the intimate atmosphere of the barge. Get a chance to know the other passengers and crew.

3rd Barge trip. All have been excellent. The barge, crew, food, bicycles and tours all very very good. We all had a great time!! Such a fun and simple way to travel and enjoy your own group of friends!!

My husband and I are in our late 60s/early 70s. We selected the Vicentine Coast & Algarve trip (self-guided) to celebrate our early May 30th wedding anniversary. It was our first visit to Portugal, first tour with Tripsite, and first time riding e-bikes. Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect of this trip! The route was spectacular and almost exclusively off of busy roads. We rode mostly on pavement or dirt farm roads, with occasional gravelly/sandy paths. I found the paths to be challenging in some locations and chose to walk, affording more time to enjoy the delightful views and fragrances of the region. Our accommodations and food options were terrific and varied. We only needed to contact Tripsite a few times during our stay, and each time Sergio was very responsive. We added extra days in Lisbon on both ends of the bike-touring and were so happy we did. And one more thing, early May is an excellent time to visit this part of the world - sunny and in the 70s, fresh ocean breezes, and not too crowded. All around, an excellent adventure.

The most memorable part of the trip was the vast beauty of the country: fields and fields of tulips, beautiful European architecture, and nature at its best with baby animals grazing in the fields. I was a bit anxious prior to the trip having never traveled much, but my advice is to relax and enjoy the new experience! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pollenca was beautiful but we also enjoyed all the stone little roads as we biked along the way.

Our guide Ed was exceptional. His love of Holland and it’s rich history was evident. He took every opportunity to point out landmarks and explain their relevancy today and across the globe. Each evening after dinner he took us in walking tours of the cities we were docked in. His grasp and expertise of Hollands history added much dimension and interest overall to the cycling tour.

What a beautiful and interesting region of France to travel through. We loved the historic towns and monuments we visited and once again doing it with a small group of lovely travellers and cyclists was most enjoyable.
The crew were fantastic and our guide went above and beyond to keep us all safe and have a wonderful trip.
Would easily recommend this trip for anyone who loves France, history and beautiful French countryside.

The entire trip was amazing. The Allura ship was absolutely wonderful. Our bike tour guides, Fabian and Tobias, were the best.

Absolutely beautiful scenery-the best way to see this charming country is on a bike. The bike paths are very well maintained. I would suggest considering an e-bike. I did the first 4 days on a regular bike and this was fine. But after a day of rain and headwinds, I tried an e-bike-it was awesome! Our guides were great (Alice, Wolter and Timothy), were helpful, personable and really helped make the trip the incredible experience that it was. The food was fabulous-thanks to our amazing chef, Jules. Loved Reik (not sure of spelling of her name). Entire crew was great!

It's impossible for me to select one "most" memorable part of this trip since the entire week was fantastic. Living on the boat was a wonderful experience, mainly because the staff was great and the other travelers were so fun -- plus the food was excellent and the cabins were more spacious than I could have imagined. The biking was wonderful -- enjoyable and not too strenuous. Wieger stopped fairly often to share lots of info and to give us time for photos or coffee. The only bummer was that we were a week or two ahead of the tulip bloom, though the hyacinths were absolutely gorgeous and so fragrant. My only suggestion is maybe to have participants introduce themselves or have nametags the first day since it took me a few days to get everybody's names straight. :-}

The crew was super friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't a high-maintenance group, yet they took food allergies and similar needs into account with a smile.

Overall, this was a fantastic trip that fulfilled my decades-long dream. I'd highly recommend it to others, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. And I'd definitely do a smaller ship like this again rather than one of those gigantic long boats or a huge cruise ship where you don't get to know your shipmates. Part of the fun of this trip was getting to know others from around the world who had similar laid-back and active attitudes.

The staff and crew on the Iris did everything in their power to give us an enjoyable experience. It was obvious they all enjoyed their jobs and wanted us to share in that joy.

The barge and staff were fantastic! The meals were fabulous. The bicycle was much better than I anticipated. Overall it was a well organized trip. They kept us busy with biking and each night there was a walking tour. I highly recommend this trip and am planning another one on the same boat in the future.

The biking guides were personable, knowledgeable, well organized. The staff on board the Iris were top rate, helpful, interactive. The itinerary/biking paths followed/led were varied and quite interesting - loved biking through the villages and countryside. Most memorable: Keukenhof, biking past all the tulip fields, past the windmills, receiving tidbits of historical info from the guides.

Our 5 day trip aboard the Magnifique IV for the Netherlands tulip tour was magnificent! I can't say enough great things about the staff--each and every one was so helpful and accommodating. There was plenty of food at all times and the evening dinner was excellent. The rooms were small but clean and enough room for all of your belongings. The bikes were new and worked well. The only thing I would change about the trip was the weather (!) and perhaps I would have enjoyed eating lunch in the small towns we meandered through (versus packing a bagged lunch each day). Would definitely recommend this trip and will be booking with them again!

The Keukenhof gardens were spectacular. The food was also far above expectations.

Overall, a great trip. The crew and guides on the Iris were wonderful and helped to make the trip a memorable experience. Thought the tour itinerary was a great balance of Dutch culture, historic towns and places, canals, dikes and locks, windmills, and fields of flowers. Fun seeing the Netherlands on a bike. Chef was amazing and the Food was superb. Made good friends and enjoyed everyone on the bike tour. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of springtime in Holland.

The trip including the Kuganeuf gardens was terrific. Well organized and relaxing. Our bike guides were attentive to everyone's level and set a comfortable pace.

The Tulip Market and riding to the North Sea. The pace was great! Everyone on the boat was phenomenal! The food was outstanding, the entire boat was clean. We could not have asked for anything better. I highly suggest getting to know the Captin and crew! I can not say enough wonderful things about The Magnifique III crew!

What a wonderful experience I had never been to Europe or out of the country, and it did not disappoint

Wonderful holiday. Barge is very clean spacious and the food is outstanding. Snacks were always available after a ride and the crew is extremely accommodating. Each day our bikes were ready and off the barge, our guide was knowledgeable of the history, area and always showed us some hidden gems. We were a very large group 23 riders, I think the guide could have used another guide for assistance. The scenery speaks for itself

The most memorable part of the trip was bicycling to see the tulip fields, the parade of flowers, and one of the largest flower auctions in the world.

Oh wow, what an awesome trip!! From the scenery and sights to the food on the Fleur, everything was wonderful! The staff on the boat was welcoming and took good care of us. Our guides, Patrick and Karin, were great fun and knowledgeable.
